    • Power button was pushed in.
My laser remover when removed from the box to charge sat with an off on its screen. I tried to press the power button to find it was pushed in making it so it was unusable.

I found a coupon for this IPL hair removal device which made it $50+tax. I figured it was worth a try at that price. My wife and I both have been using this item for over a month, and it actually seems like it works. It definitely takes a while for it to work, but both of us are shaving much less often now. The directions say to shave then use the item, but we’ve found it seems to work better if you shave the area you want to treat one day, then wait until the next day to treat the area, then use the device every other day on the area. Both my wife and I have fair skin and dark hair, so your results may vary if you have a different skin or hair type. Also, this isn’t the same as laser treatment. The idea is similar, but it does take multiple treatments to slow the hair growth rate. And I don’t think it kills the follicles like laser treatment, but it does drastically slow the hair growth rate. With the cost of razors being so high, this product definitely will pay for itself over time. Knowing what I know now, I’d even pay full price for this item, but it was nice to find a coupon for 1/2 off. (Found the coupon on Vipon, but definitely make sure you look for other similar items. Some are great deals like this one, but some end up being horrible deals when compared to similar items). ... show more

I used to shave my legs every other days because of its rough and thick hair. Now the problem's solved with a help of this laser machine. I have been using it for the last 3 weeks, applied only 2 times a week after shaving and the result was splendid. The hair on my leg's becoming thinner and softer.
