So easy to assemble! My seven year old son helped me. Seating is as good as I expected. It's ok as a bed but I recommend using a mattress pad for comfort. It's not necessary but way more comfortable. It looks great and I'm very satisfied with my purchase, but as I pointed out...toss a pad on top of you want a more comfortable sleep. Value for the money...it could be better because it lacks thickness truly adequate for sleeping. For support...it is what it is, not an everyday sofa or an everyday bed. It's an ok convertible futon , the fabric is sturdy but it's a little darker grey than pictured. The fabric that lines the underside of the couch is very thin and flimsy and easily ripped if you have pets be prepared to have to staple heavier fabric underneath the sofa to keep cats from tearing it up and climbing inside the couch, which could be very dangerous considering it converts to a bed. ... show more

This futon didn’t even last us 2 months. My boyfriend and I are the only ones who have used this (I’m 115lbs and he’s 185lbs). The back on one side broke when he went to sit down on it. They have a no return, no refund policy. Now I’m out $200 and have a couch that requires a wrench to keep it semi-propped up. This is beyond ridiculous and my absolute worst purchase from Amazon.
