BAD COMPUTER. PURCHASED IN OCTOBER 2025, WORKED GREAT FOR 4 MONTHS. NOW WHEN I TURN IT ON AND LOG IN, I JUST GET A BLANK SCREEN. WILL NOT LOAD OR DISPLAY PROGRAMS.

    • Underpowered for the price
This device is underpowered for the price and other specs. I'd expect at least an i3, not an n-series processor. I can't imagine trying to use windows 11 on it as Linux is already regularly pegging the CPU. Uses some unusual hardware that Linux doesn't work well with out of the box (sleep, touchscreen in particular are busted) and can be temperamental to turn on. I was hoping to get a decent travel device similar to a surface pro but I don't think this is it. ... show more

Does everything I need, but heat begs to be managed and will need further attention. During setup and use from the first 6 hours the tablet became hotter than I expected but was managed with better mounting on my workstation. I will need to keep aware of the heat the tablet generates.

    • Big, bulky, heavy, but cheaper than Surface
So I have had this now for a few weeks. Here is my honest review: 1. It's heavy. Like twice as heavy as an iPad or Android Galaxy tablet. And twice as thick. Not good for a tablet that you want to be portable and easy to handle. 2. It's a power hog. You'll be doing good to get 3-4 hours use on the battery unless you greatly reduce power consumption via dark mode and energy saver. This will not last all day on a single charge..or even half a day for that matter. 3. The optional Fusion keyboard case is flimsy and does not support this heavy tablet well. I ended up getting a 3rd party cover. 4. Buttons for sound are poorly placed, so that 3rd party cover I got straps over that button. 5. The charger is large and bulky. 6. The Good: Windows 11 runs fine on it with decent performance and it is considerably less expensive than a Surface tablet. So there you go. If cost is a big factor and you want a Windows tablet without spending $$$ for a Surface, then this will get you by. ... show more

    • This is the best tablet, like a small laptop!
I ordered the Fusion5 10.1" Windows 11 Professional Tablet with 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Intel 13th Gen, Full HD ultra slim, and it was the best move I ever made! I say that because I'm a Microsoft Windows girl. Aside from my desktop, I have a 15.6" laptop, 3 fire tablets, 10.1" and two 8", and a Chrome book which I never use, because aside from the laptop and desktop, none of the other tablets gave me the windows experience I needed, that I get from my computers. What I wanted was a 10.1" tablet with windows so I can carry it around without the bulk of a laptop. Well this Fusion5 did not disappoint. I set it up with my Microsoft login, so when I turn it on it's my exact desktop in a smaller package and I have access to all my stuff as if I was on my desktop or laptop computer, so I don't miss anything, especially with files saved to the cloud. The RAM speed and harddrive space is more than enough, so I am well pleased. Brand names are over rated, but it's the interior package that's most important, and this tablet has it for me. I purchased a case with a small wireless QWERTY Keyboard and a separate wireless mouse. Now, package complete! It's hard to rate battery life, because I've never found a battery that last the 6 hours as advertised on certain laptops or tablets, so I rarely base my purchasing decision on battery life. For what I need to do unpluged, the battery last long enough and never runs out. For the most part I use it plugged in. Besides, I never use this tablet for long periods unpluged so, I can't speak on the battery life. But I am a satisfied buyer! ... show more

    • SD Card slot seems physically fused with the device!
This is a very disappointing purchase. The tablet's SD card slot won't open at all. No amount of pressure is opening this thing. What a crock. Their support seems impossible to contact too. What a waste of my money.

    • Problem with memory expansion slot
I like the Fusion 5 tablet except for one thing. The memory expansion slot was almost imposible to remove, so much that I had to bend the pin hole slot and a razor blade to take it out! I hope this is just an isolated problem, because the tablet otherwise is very good.
