The first time I received this, the holes used to assemble everything was lined up correctly for one of these. I had to return it, then order a new one. I couldn't simply exchange it for whatever reason, which was a pain. That being said, after it was able to be assembled, I love it. It's lightweight, looks nice, and organizes a lot of shoes.
