I have 2 shitzu who love to be in their crate specially while enjoying a treat. My dogs dont bite thru the thin wooden bars. I big dog might try to but this is perfect for my dogs. It does have an optional wall that goes in between to seperate 2 dogs, I have 2 dogs so I installed the divider. I just recently bought 2 baskets that I keep in the open compartment with all their brushes and essentials. It was a little difficult to build and instructions where a little confusing but I managed.

I wouldn't call it easy to assemble. It came covered in fiberglass dust; the pilot holes for the screws are not drilled deep enough to make it easy to assemble using hand tools, most of the hardware is cam lock style and those are easy enough, but there are 65 wood screws to put in and these are not so easy. In addition, the instructions show pan-head screws, but what was provided were counter-sink style. These will not sit flat on the hardware, as they have a tapered head. Aesthetic, but I will be contacting them for the proper hardware. One thing you may want to consider is the material. It is partical board that will distort and crumble if it gets wet. This is less than ideal if your pup ever has an accident in the enclosure. Lastly, the price was $99, but after tax and shipping, it came to $160. I'm not sure why they charged 20% tax, but I aim to find out. Oh, and the door broke the first time I tried to use it. Sending it back!

Beautiful piece of furniture and amazing space for my two medium size dogs. I have a beagle and a Heeler mix that like to be in the same kennel. So this gives them the space they need and lets them be together. I gave 4 stars because it is a bit cheap. The instructions were not very clear for someone who may not have much experience putting furniture together. It didn’t come with any tools to put it together either; I’m so glad I had some of my own. Highly recommend power drill, it will make it easier. Once put together it seems pretty sturdy but the back is a couple flimsy pieces of board that slide into place. So if you have a dog that tries to get out of their kennel while you’re away, don’t get this. The bars are also a thick wood not metal. Again, if your dogs are well trained and don’t have anxiety, this might work for you. I like the deep shelves and the top looks really nice. All in all it looks good. I’m not sure I’d put a TV on top but that also depends on how well you trust your dogs on the inside. If they move around too much, whatever is on top might come down. My dogs are pretty well behaved but I do have a chewer. So I’m interested to see how long this will last. And for the money I spent I expected something a little more dog proof. I also highly recommend listening to the instructions and have two people to put this together. I only have myself and it would have been a lot smoother had I had another person when it was time to put the big pieces on and to flip it. Hope this review helps the next person 😊

My dog busted right through it. He actually broke through the metal bars. I only recommend for dogs that are used to being caged. If you are trying to keep your dog in for destructive purposes, they might bust through this cage as well

The size 71” was perfect for my german Shepherd and my puppy! Was worried but it’s perfect. The package is heavy!!!!! The white color was perfect match to my floors and the latches are kinda small but it should work if your pup is not crazy with it. It works wonderfully in my dinning room. No weird smell when delivered.

Wish I could leave a minus star Not hard to put together, however my dog pushed against the door and the door broke. Was in in for less than a day. Do not recommend for a dog over 15lbs max!! Mine weighs 25.
