I am very happy with both the product and the seller of this patio furniture set, and I would give them both five stars for their quality and service. The product itself is a nice addition to my patio. It looks stylish and comfortable, and it offers great value for its price. It is not as durable as a more expensive set, but it is sturdy enough for our needs. It took me some time to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and the item came with all the tools and hardware I needed. You can see how it looks on my patio in the picture I attached. The cushions are also nice and cozy. They are water-resistant and dry quickly after it rains. The only minor issue I have is that the cushions tend to slide off the seats sometimes. I noticed that an older version of the product had laces to tie the cushions to the backrests, but this feature seems to be discontinued. It would be nice to have it back, or maybe some velcro or zipper to keep the cushions in place. The seller is outstanding and deserves a special mention. They were very responsive and helpful when I contacted them with some issues. My item arrived with a broken glass top for the center table, which was disappointing. However, the seller immediately shipped a replacement glass, which arrived in perfect condition. I also told the seller that I was missing a few screws and that I broke one of the clips that connect the sofas together. These were not major problems, and I could manage without them, but the seller was kind enough to send me a full box of screws and clips, just in case. I was very impressed by their customer service and generosity. I wish all Amazon sellers were as nice as this one. I would definitely buy more products from them in the future.

I recently purchased Furnimy 7 Piece Patio Furniture Sets Outdoor Sectional. When the shipment arrived, there was a few cushion covers which needed to be replaced. I reached out to Amazon support and within 24 hours Alisa from Furnimy contacted me. Alisa was so quick in finding a resolution where she will send me the replacement cushions and added a few extra for future use. I love the Patio sets and for sure you cannot find a better deal elsewhere. Customer service is excellent - thank you, Alisa and Furnimy!!

This is such a beautiful set! It took my husband and I quite a few hours to set up, but ultimately it was very easy and the instructions were clear. It is very comfy, and I love how versatile it is! It also came with the red pillows in the product photos (we used different pillow covers to match our style better). My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish it came in natural/brown wicker with the tan/beige cushions. The only options for tan cushions is gray wicker, and the only options for brown wicker are blue cushions, neither of which match our warm-toned porch aesthetic. I ultimately opted out for the gray wicker, but if I could have stayed away from grays or blues, I would have. But besides that, you can't beat the price. It's ultimately worth it!

I LOVE my set! First let me say the seller is the bomb and the customer service was exceptional! I ordered for my backyard and it's perfect for my vision. The assembly took a little time, it fits under my tent fully and it's just enough. My tent protects the rain but it has gotten a few sprinkles and held up well. When assembling do not tighten to hard it's wicker so you don't want to damage, also with wicker you may see a piece or two on the ground here and there. Other then that its worth the buy and cost. The cushions are ok..I like them a little thicker but they'll do. Also the actual furniture has adjustable legs but it do not rise real high.

This company does go above and beyond for its customers. I recognized after setting everything up that the left corner piece wasn’t sent to me. When I contacted customer support, they worked to resolve the issue. The couch is gorgeous and I’m so happy I went with this company.

For the price, this is a nice patio set. It's a bit smaller than I imagined it would be. And probably not as sturdy as a more expensive set. But it still looks nice and works just fine. I'd recommend.
