I've had this 2026 massage chair for about 2 weeks. I love it. Delivered on time without damage. Quite comfy and high quality. I've put probably 40 hours into it already and had 5 others try it, they loved it. I'm 6'0 and it works well, I just have to move a bit down for it to get my upper neck. Someone up to 6'4-6'6 could get away with this one just by scooting down. For people who really need their arms worked on, this gets your hands to your elbow pretty good with air compression. For those with knots in their upper/lower back, THIS IS FOR YOU! With the manual mode + fixed points, I have faith that this is going to save me money at the spa. I got the dark brown one and it doesn't look much different than my black leather couches, which I was slightly concerned about. Saw someone complaining about the 15 minute time limit... all you gotta do is hit the time button to queue it up to 30 mins and remember to hit it again when it gets close to running out. Small issues (Still worth it) > Some of the buttons are mis-aligned so you click a button and it's actually doing the function of the one below it. Just gotta remember where to press for some of the buttons. Hopefully just a one-off issue on mine. Someone not so techy might lose their marbles > The screen is supposed to be able to be moved up and down the stick, but the locking mechanism only gets tight enough to stay within 4-5 inches from the bottom Edit: 4 months later, still loving it, using it about 1-2 hours a day! A new issue I am having that I didn’t have originally is when I turned it off or at the time runs out, it hardly ever recline me back to the floor. I have to press the recline button. ... show more

    • Overall great purchase, issues w/ heat and voice control
I have owned the massage chair for about a month. Overall it is great and I would recommend it. I do however have two issues: First, the heating element on the calves gets very hot and you have to move your legs away from it every so often as it is a little uncomfortable and cannot be disabled without also disabling the heating element on the back. Second, the voice control is way more annoying than it is useful. When I try to activate it with voice commands it rarely works. It does however randomly, with zero interaction at all, chime in with "Hi, I am here". This is when no one has said anything about massage, etc. I can simply be watching TV, etc. and it will randomly speak (it actually just did it as I am typing this). Had delays to delivery. Called Amazon to cancel the delivery due to travel, but the delivery company left it outside our house while we were out of town. Sat there in front of our house for five days! Nothing like telling everyone driving by that our house is empty! Box was covered in ants by the time we got home. Never should have been delivered without a signature. Chair arrived damaged and does not work as advertised. Armrest had tears in the fabric. AI voice control does not respond very well. Can't customize the massage as indicated in the product description. I want to be able to just activate the airbags as I love that feature. It will do the two feet, then the arms, then the shoulders, but not all at once as I was hoping. Not very deep tissue either. Instructions not very helpful at describing how to use the chair or customize the routines. Overall, a pretty mediocre chair. ... show more

Great massage chair, worth every penny. It arrives assembled, so all you have to do is figure out how you're carrying this thing into the house. The airbags at the shoulders & calves are real highlights, and the foot rollers are pretty great too. The "Sleep" massage option is my favorite setting, because it seems to get the highest up my neck and shoulders. The Zero Gravity feature is pretty neat too. For the price point, the chair is an excellent investment; if I could change anything about it, I just wish it had an adjuster for the roller intensity - you can change the speed, heat, air bags, and control the roller movement up/down... but you can't change the intensity of the rollers. There's "bars" for the intensity on the screen itself, but they're jacked up to 100% for almost every pre-set massage program. If you're already in pain, or not used to a deeper tissue massage, you might have to use something (a blanket/cushion) as a buffer between you & the rollers because they're pretty strong. It feels good to me (even if I'm sore the next day, like after a deep tissue massage), but my father jumped right up within a few minutes and said it was too much for him without a buffer. HOWEVER - he is older, has a history of mild-moderate back pain, and has a low pain tolerance, so take that with a grain of salt. ... show more
