Absolutely Pleased With This Couch ! I am In Total Awe ! I spent 3-4 Hrs Putting it together myself . Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself . And the couch is absolutely beautiful ! Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful ! The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . ! It’s comfortable! Does not sag ! Does not creak , At first for the price I was a little hesitant . Because usually couches are so much more expensive. This was so much worth the money For my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased ! It’s amazing . Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences. Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that . The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me ! No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me . I am a woman who is more girly who does make up and into fashion and hair . Then being able to put furniture and things together . LOVE this couch!!! We received it in three long but narrow boxes. The couch was REALLY easy to put together, It’s super soft, and is actually really sturdy!! I was hesitant as this is my first furniture piece from Amazon, but I’m impressed! It’s definitely not a top notch couch, but it’s definitely worth the money so far! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the armrests and back cushions are not very full/comfortable as they aren’t as padded at the seats. But that’s an easy fix with getting a few bags of Polly fill and adding to each cushion! It does sit a little lower than most couches, but it’s not terrible at all! All in all I’d definitely recommend getting this couch for anyone looking for something comfortable but not too pricey!🙂 ... show more

Okay, overall the couch is great for the price. The setup was pretty easy and quick and I did it alone. (Female) The couch itself is very soft and looks amazing. It is low to the ground and the back cushions are not super sturdy but we have ours against the wall so that doesn’t matter much. The cushions move A LOT so we had to buy some Velcro strips and that helps a lot. As for the delivery, oh man I would give 0 stars for that. First and foremost my couch came super quick and only 2/3 boxes came. I waited for the third box before even trying to set it up because of the return policy. They shipped me 1 box that was the completely wrong couch. Wrong color and fabric. Their customer service is terrible. They take DAYS to respond to one single message so my problem took almost 2 weeks to resolve! They ended up sending the correct one after weeks of back and forth and then ignoring me until Amazon stepped in. They told me to keep the other couch part and dispose of it myself since I wasn’t able to bring it anywhere. I mean that’s cool and all but I just am going to donate it because there’s barely enough parts for it to be beneficial to me. Couch is super pretty and super great for the price but the shipping and customer service was TERRIBLE. Would never buy from them again due to this. ... show more

I’ve never written a product review before but I felt compelled to for this couch!! I was on the fence about buying it for so long, so I hope my review maybe helps somebody come to a decision quicker than I did lol :-) THE COUCH : I thoroughly combed the reviews beforehand and I’m glad I did. The back pillows are a little flat, so I followed some others advice and got some poly-fil to fluff them up a bit. I got a 5lb bag and it was the perfect amount. I saw another reviewer stuffed the poly-fil in between the foam pieces in the pillows to avoid lumps, so I did that and it worked like a charm. The first 2 pics I uploaded are before and after adding the poly-fil. It makes a huge difference. I also just ordered some sticky Velcro to attach the back pillows to the back of the couch, as there is nothing keeping them in place. The bottom cushions are decently comfy, no complaints. DELIVERY : The couch came in 3 separate big, flat 60lb boxes. Another thing I saw in other reviews was that the boxes got delivered on separate days, but that Amazon marks it as ‘delivered’ after only delivering the first box, which is exactly what happened. My advice would be - find your order in the Amazon app, find where it says “contact seller” and just send a message *politely* asking for the tracking #’s for your other 2 packages. I did this and Lisa replied promptly and kindly. Once I had the tracking numbers I was able to enter them into FedEx’s website and track them there (Sounds like a lot I know but I didn’t want my boxes to be stolen lol). I did receive it very quickly - ordered on Monday, received box 1 on Thursday, other 2 boxes on Friday. I’m a girl in my 20’s and was able to move them inside just fine. All in all, for the price you pay I consider this a STEAL!! It’s perfect for my little apartment and it is pup approved :) 10/10 recommend!! ... show more

Took forever to arrive. Arrives in 3 pieces, yes, but the pieces just arrive whenever. After the first piece delivers, Amazon marks it as delivered, so you have to track it at your own discretion. (Can request the tracking number from Furmax, but heads up - they are very short with customers.) So despite PAYING for the shipping, it's not guaranteed. Then after finally receiving all 3 boxes, I found that there was also NO hardware included. I had to clear a path in my living room because I had couch pieces everywhere for days while waiting for the hardware. Upon contacting customer service again for a remedy - they responded within 24 hours, however, they were very short and rude. Then after getting the couch together, you will quickly find that the arms and back cushions are barely filled. So I bought 5 lbs of polyfil to fix that. The velcro on the bottom is pointless - the cushions just slide apart when you sit down. (I weigh a buck fifty and I sit gently, they just slide really easy.) Same with the back cushions; you will be fighting them every time you sit down if you don't find a way to secure them. I haven't yet. I bought some industrial strength velcro to hold them together and they still don't stay so I will be investing more money to fix that issue as well. So as far as quality this couch is a hard EH. But it is a comfortable fabric and it is visually appealing. Overall, I'd just say don't sink money into buying it unless you have time for projects, lots of patience and more money to throw at it. I've hardly ever left a bad review but this purchase is been disappointing and frustrating all around. The couch is cheap but it's not THAT cheap. The manufacturer could easily do better in many areas with this product and the customer service just isn't there. ... show more

Pieces went together fine. Easy to assemble. Took 3 full days for the cushions to "fill up". Cushions are not very, Cushiony. The back cushions are always falling flat/down, I think they need the same Velcro as the seat cushions do to keep them in place. The end cushions are very lopsided in that if you sit on the end of the couch, you will lean into the rest of the couch, and I am a very light person. Couch is not completely uncomfortable, but it is not very comfortable either. If you spend a lot of time on your couch, don't get this, if you only occasionally use your couch, then it is not so bad. The arm rests are pretty much useless. They are flat and a pain to get zippered into place. But..... This is a cheap couch, doesn't cost much, so my expectations were not high to begin with. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, that pretty much destroy any and all furniture and they use it more than me. I think I bought them a couch. The back is also very low, so if you don't plan on putting it up against a wall and using another pillow for the rest of your back, avoid this one. Gave it 3 stars because it is pretty much what it said in the description and like I said, I didn't have high expectations anyway. ... show more
