    • Yes, you CAN "remove" the armrests
I don't know if this was intentional in the design on or not. For those of you like me who want a seat without arms, yes you can build this chair without the arms. Or at least without building the arms the traditional way. Simply remove the cover and invert the arms into an L shape turned on its side (the longest side of the L parallel with the seat).
