I’ve had ones with the cushions in the past and dirt gets stuck between the cushion and chair. No issue here with these chairs. Let’s face it. You’re not buying heirloom quality furniture at this price point. The chairs look good. Are great for a first apartment. Pretty comfortable. They do have some minor flaws in the wood and feel fairly inexpensive.

These chairs are so durable and easy to clean. My 1.5year old loves sitting on this and this seems to be completely safe for her as it has slight bend on both sides. These mid-century modern chairs are made well and are beautiful. I did spray paint the legs a matte gold prior to assembly. The assembly was easy and straight-forward. I would buy again and again.
