I’ve tried a lot of office chairs over the years, and this Furmax Big and Tall Chair is one of the most comfortable by far — especially for larger individuals. The seat is wide and supportive, the padding is thick without being too firm, and the built-in lumbar support really helps during long work or gaming sessions. The reclining feature combined with the pull-out footrest is a game-changer. It feels like a mini recliner when you want to kick back and relax. The chair is solid, holds my weight (over 300 lbs) with no wobble, and the materials feel durable and easy to clean. Assembly took about 30–45 minutes with clear instructions. My only small gripe is that the armrests aren’t height-adjustable, and the footrest could feel sturdier, but those are minor trade-offs for the overall comfort and value. If you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive, and stylish chair for home or office, this one is well worth it — especially at this price point.

Nice looking and sturdy high-back office chair. Base is all metal with chrome plated legs instead of the typical plastic material used on many of these chairs. The chair is stable when fully reclined and doesn't feel like it would tip over. It has a vibrating type massager in the lumbar area powered by a USB power port. The USB and switch cord is long enough for most needs. The leather is soft and has a nice feel. Hopefully it will last longer without cracking and splitting like many of the chairs I have previously owned. Assembly is simple although the instructions are necessary to ensure the proper screws are used. There are a lot of screws to install so a drill-driver with the proper bits speed up assembly considerably. Installing the back is the easiest of any of these chairs I have assembled. The back bracket drops into the seat bracket so you don't have to support the seat while trying to align and start the mounting screws. I suggest starting the bottom screw first and tightening it until the back bracket is pulled up against the seat bracket. Then rock the back slightly side-to side until the other holes are aligned. Then install and tighten all the screws. There are a couple of things I don't care for. The chair reclines but doesn't tilt or rock. The headrest is too far back to rest your head against in any sitting position. The footrest only pulls out to calf length and would be much more comfortable if it extended to ankle length. The pocket for the USB cord is a flap that closes with Velcro on the sides but is open on the bottom so the cable has a tendency to fall out. This flap has to be opened to access the back screws

I think it's important to set expectations....this is not a high end product but a solid medium quality option. So, if ur looking for a stylish, comfortable office chair but do not need office chair durability, padding and features, then is is a good choice. You can spend a full work day in the chair; it comes with enough padding, support, breathability and correct seating posture to do the job. It can rock back and forth but doesn't have a locking mechanism (no biggie for me), the height adjusts easily and the lever/piston mechanism work well. Assembly was easy. The only fidgety part was connecting the back to the seat. Once connected, my seat back sat/sits at an off angle. It is noticeable but not obnoxious and doesn't affect the comfort, although it's something to consider when buying. BTW the chair is not real leather, it's a medium quality faux leather. The faux leather is super nice to the touch and looks great; I have the white which has a nice matte finish. It breaths so you can rest your arms/elbows on the latter and they don't stick. Additionally, I've sat in it wearing shorts and my legs didn't stick. The faux wipes clean, I've already dripped coffee on it but I'm not sure how well it will clean if something sits there for a while. Ur going to have to be careful with the faux because it doesn't feel overly durable. Think of riding in a Tesla, a car w Sensatec or MBTex and the Furmax faux leather isn't anywhere near the quality of the latter. So, I'm taking the precaution to avoid scraping the arms against the desk when I spin etc.. Over all I'm very happy with the purchase, I feel what a paid and what I received are a solid value. I'm v happy with the purchase.

Beautiful chair! Easy to assemble! Very high quality chair! This color looks classy! My husband says the chair is very comfortable. He loves that it reclines. It rolls easily from room to room. Great & affordable chair!

I changed this to one star for several reasons. Both arms wobbled due to poor design and manufacturing. The seat barely had any padding and I could feel the mounting bolts poking me. The overall finish was just ok, time will tell if it holds up. Seating started out pretty comfortable, but I could feel the mounting bolts poking me through the 1/4 inch of padding after I sat in it for a little bit. I sent a message to seller asking if they had solution for this problem, they responded but didn't really offer a solution. They approved the return but it seems like they require me to pay for return shipping costs.

I just put the chair together and the arms seem to be loose and wiggle side to side. I worry this will ruin the screws over time. Also the massager is just a vibrator for your back. Still nice and large and goes extremely high for lots of desk heights.
