The bolts don't stay in very well. I have had to retighten them several times, particularly the arm rests. The massage is lackluster and can barely feel it on the highest setting. Might as well not have the low setting. I can't feel the heat at all. The cushion isn't very soft, either. The cord is very short. When i scoot away from my desk, it unplugs from the quick disconnect. All in all, I am not happy with this chair, and wish that I had made different decisions. ... show more

Heavy duty well built chair. Pretty easy to put together with clear instructions. Comfortable seat and back. Armrests are not adjustable which could be a problem for some. The electric cord is a bit short if you wanted to move the chair around; nothing and extension cord couldn't fix. All the heat and message functions worked well.
