The media could not be loaded. The drawings were intuitive and easy to follow. Even the box has a warning (not to cut into it to protect the leather). Everything was packaged well and with care. I placed it on the base first, before the arms for leverage sake. I only had a challenge with one armrest and all I had to do, was switch the order of attachment. That did the trick. It wipes clean very easily. As you can see, it looks classy. The while is not a snow white. Neither is it ivory. It is a white with a hint of warmth. I like that because it fits well with a true white setting and an ivory setting, just fine. It has great back support and the wheels rolls with ease in all directions. I highly recommend it and will give an update assessment after several months of daily use. It is now April 2021 and I am wondering, why is it twice the price? I paid $82 and now it is $162? Why? The chair is still comfortable; but the arms are loosening and I am going to have to tighten them. The leather is getting harder and harder to keep clean. I use it more than most; so I will probably only get another year out of it. That is not the fault of the maker; but why was the price doubled? Greed of what?

It was very easy to put together. You could do it by yourself but it was easier with two people. The leather feels soft, but durable. The height is perfect as I just put in a new built in home office and my desk /counter is a bit higher than a normal desk. I can adjust it high enough that is comfortable, or higher if I want my legs to dangle. The seat area is wide. I'm 220 lbs and I have comfortable space on both sides - my sides do not touch the arms. Looks great next to my white cabinets! I do hope it stays white, and if not, that it cleans up well with leather cleaner and conditioner. The seat and back are padded. Cushion seems adequate - no aches or pains after sitting for a few hours. I did not use the wheels that came with the chair. I purchased polyurethane wheels instead, which are phenomenal! And they look great too and fit perfect. Overall I think I made a good purchase and the price was great for me.

This purchase was made for my daughter, as she had to have a white office chair for her color scheme in her bedroom. The chair is of a quality expected for the price point - 70ish - and for that price I am happy. It's made fairly well, and went together without too much fuss, but the fit and finish is just 3 stars really. The screws were machined somewhat poorly, threads were a little rough and we stripped one of the arm rest threads trying to put it together. It is holding, but I had to really torque the screw once the threads went awry...there is no chance of backing it out now. Not that I would need to ever, but I was afraid it wasn't going to set. I'm experienced in these kinds of projects and putting together an office chair is easily within my skill set. The stitching is also a little rough, but it should hold up to mild use by a 12 year old girl doing homework, coloring/sketching, etc. The cushions are adequate, but again, I'm not sure they are suited for a larger child or adult. My daughter only weighs 90lbs, so she's not really stressing the chair too much. Overall, I would purchase the item again, knowing what I paid, but if another chair came along with a little better price, or better overall quality, I would spend a little more. That said, there is no guarantee that the quality will really be any better with another higher priced chair...most of these "Made in China" office chairs are all the same. That's why for around 70ish, it's not too bad. I probably wouldn't have returned it as defective even if it had been a Prime item, and since a return would have been on my dime, I decided to just keep it. If you're looking for a decent, infrequently used chair, this will do fine. Just don't expect to be blown away.

I'll start with the good...the chair is a true white and looks amazing! It's exactly as pictured and everything seems well made. The cushion also seems adequate. I was impressed that this is the first piece of furniture I've put together that had all the holes line up perfectly. That never happens! The bad...the chair is slightly taller than my last chair so it doesn't fit under my desk. Sort of a bummer, but not a deal breaker. The worst...the curve to the back that is supposed to be lumbar support is so curved that it pushes you forward enough that it makes the bottom seat seem about 6 inches shorter than standard. This makes it hit me mid hamstring when I'm seated. I'm a female that's only 5'8" 130 lbs. so it's not like I'm a giant. Also, there will be no relaxing in this chair. You WILL sit straight up. Even though the chair rocks it won't hold position if you want to lean back unless you're pressing your feet or toes against the floor with some force. I have adjusted the knob all the way and that's as good as it gets. If I had bought it locally I would definitely return it.

We got this for my daughter and she loves it. It's smooth and durable, soft but sturdy and comfortable. Actually, to be honest, I didn't know what to expect. The price was right so I thought the quality might not be totally awesome but it was! It was super comfortable! Purchasing things like this online is a little tricky since you can't sit in it or look at it with your own eyes. Glad we took that risk. I might like to get this one for my office as well, comfortable and looks sharp. A win!
