Read the specs! Note all of the one star reviews complain it is “to small” to be a tv stand, but it was perfect for what I needed. I wanted to lift my tv a little so the bottom of the screen wouldn’t be blocked by my lamps, diffuser, etc. and it is perfect. I have a pretty heavy 42’ tv on it and it seems to be sturdy. On Amazon questions I tried to find out the clear space between shelves so I would know if my stuff would fit between. Even though I mentioned in the question that I know the overall height is 10.9 inches, both responses I got were no help. It was only people angry that it was small. One response was “slightly less than that, it’ll fit a DVD player” another told me it was “to small and more a coffee table than tv stand”. Well for anyone else wondering, it’s 8.25 inches between shelves, perfect for what I needed (as seen in pic). Personally, idk who wants an 11 inch coffee table either. You also have another 1.75 inches of clearance under the bottom shelf, which is great for pocket knives and a small pistol, and even a wallet. This is a nice little piece for $20-25, but know what your plans are for it. If you want something three feet off the ground, don’t be cheap and just spend the $50 for something bigger. Don’t complain that you were misled by the pics when the specs are clearly stated. Not to mention, you can tell it’s small by the pics. But reading that it is “to small” tells me all I need to know about the people who bought this and then complained. Now, if by some chance this thing buckles under the weight of my tv, I’ll update my review and let everyone know, but for now, this has been the perfect complementary piece. ... show more

Opened the box. There is a big scratch across the top shelf. I tried to return the item. It says that this item is not eligible for returns??? So I put it together. It will definitely scratch any piece of furniture you place it on top of. So, I never write reviews. But give me a piece of junk then say you won't take it back. You better bet I'm going to warn others!!! Do NOT Buy!! ... show more

First and foremost, before ordering I noted the measurements given. This was the perfect size for the spot I had in mind right in front another TV. The height was perfect and it fit my 42" TV perfectly as well. Considering the $22 I paid for it, this stand exceeded my expectations. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble. I imagine that the negative reviews I saw from people complaining about the small size were due to people not thoroughly reading the description which included the measurements. It was sturdy and extremely easy to assemble. It wasn't easy finding an inexpensive, well made TV stand that sits low to the floor, like this one. This tv stand is ultra short. Probably the worst purchase I made on amazon. Bought a stand to sit on top of it and it's still not even as tall as my bed frame! Horrible decision, dont buy it.

I really like the screw together tubes assembly. I wish Furinno had used thicker shelving boards like most cubes use. Furinno used approx 3/8" and most use 1/2" It would have made the stand support lots more weight. These plastic tubes could handle it. As it is it worked perfect for my purpose. It is hard to find a stand this low so I thought I would have to build one until I saw this. I am very satisfied. Stand looks good too. ... show more

Very disappointed. I wasn’t expecting much given the price but I did expect to get a product that wasn’t marred. Two places on this stand where damaged and it wasn’t from shipping - it was from the manufacturer. Also make sure you pay attention to dimensions- it is very low to the ground.
