The media could not be loaded. You guys this couch is so amazing !!! I’m so grateful that my prayer was answered by finding this hidden gem! It’s sturdy,soft but not so soft that you slip off the couch, firm but a comfortable firmness, doesn’t smell like nasty chemicals but an actual factory, easy to put together (just slide the pieces together as instructed). The couch cushions are actually structured to the couch which I like because I don’t have to worry about the couch cushions sliding off the couch just from moving around on it. I’m 5’4” 160 lbs and I can stretch out comfortably. I found the ottoman from a different seller on Amazon. 🥰♥️ Like yess I’m truly thanking my Lord and savior for finding this couch! Pros: It's a beautiful color. The fabric is soft and luxurious. It's a little firm, but not uncomfortable. I think it will get softer over time. It's small but perfect for the spot we needed it for. It was easy for me to put it together. Cons: The feet are plastic . We are going to swap them out for wood feet. I honestly felt that this was priced a bit too high for what it was. I probably would not have bought it again and just spent a little more on something a little better, but as we now have it we'll keep it and upgrade the feet to make it look a little less cheap. ... show more

We've put together lots of furniture. We appreciate the savings self-assembly offers, and the pride of ownership. Nevertheless, we've never experienced what we have with Furinno, who is the manufacturer out of Houston, who also serves as the vendor for the loveseat. Yesterday, we received the loveseat and jumped right into assembly. The instructions seemed clear and simple enough. However the brackets on both arms and the back of the sofa do not lock into the seat brackets. We tried several times yesterday, and woke up this morning determined to try a new approaches-- none of which worked. We even scoured the internet for videos-- from YouTube to Furinno's website. To no avail. Now, the Furinno's website gives the appearance of support, but the designated link for the video and for the pdf of instructions for the loveseat don't work. Furthermore, the telephone number provided when you click on Product Support, does not work, either. As well, the support line provided on AMAZON is inaccessible. When we called, it went directly to User Busy-- not once but 10x throughout the day--without an opportunity to leave a message. Even an after-hours courtesy message was missing. In short, the support Furinno claims to provide customers on AMAZON does not exist. A customer cannot talk with the manufacturer, as they claim, for support via the telephone number. A customer cannot get support from videos or a pdf via the website. (All of which is very misleading, and frankly, dishonest.) A customer cannot get support via an email either. We reached out to them today and received an automated email that offered a link to over 20 videos, (the same unhelpful ones we'd seen earlier) but none of which were videos for the loveseat. The email also provided a link to the pdf. Which we already have. Thank you very much. Instead of receiving another copy of instructions, or a link to a myriad of useless videos, we were much rather hoping for some insight or guidance on how to work with the brackets installed on the sofa. That's all. Yet, to date, we haven't even gotten that. :-( ... show more

This sofa is very sturdy! Some folks have mentioned that it's a little too firm. If you want a sofa that you flop into and sink to an unfathomable depth, then this isn't the sofa for you. That said, the sofa isn't hard like an aluminum bench at the bus stop. For people who like a somewhat firmer sofa, this is great. It's very simple and fast to assemble. The white vinyl has a sheen to it that definitely looks like old antique leather; visitors have thought that it's the real leather deal. The super plus is cleanability. I love this loveseat! I got it for my office. I assembled it by myself. Took about 20 mins cuz of all the wrapping I had to take off. All the tools/pieces were included. The loveseat is firm but soft enough that it’s comfortable to sit on. Highly recommend this loveseat!

The media could not be loaded. Sits high, seats are about 2ft wide front to back...seats are firm... Cushions are all attached... There are no zippers... the back cushions are fairly firm and seems to be memory foam so they shouldn't sag over time. Material is almost like a denim/canvas. Perfect seat for a small awkward shaped living room. Looks great. Very easy to assemble. Price could be lower but anything in this category is around this price ($300ish) ... show more
