I bought one a week ago for my one cat Shawny she loves it! I wasn't expecting my other cat Benny to fall in love with it too lol. So I had to buy another for each of them! They love it! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the cat scratchers that you put on the bottom floor doesn't fit perfectly thers about a 3 inch gap from it filling the whole area, my cat Shawny loves to scratch crazy and sometimes they move or flip over since there is that gap... also the top floor has a hole I guess for the cats to go up through but it's definitely way too small for my cats and the mouse on the spring is pretty cheap and looks like it could be dangerous for my cats so I didn't install it. But other then that I do enjoy them! Also great for big cats my boy kitty Benny is a big boy 15lbs + and it makes him look small! The house is easy to put together and all the parts fit perfectly. The fact that it fits perfectly together will give an impression of a level of sturdiness. It is sturdy, however with use the tabs and slots will eventually work themselves loose. Thats where the glue comes in. My cats love this thing! Just like everyone else, I had to stabilize it with tape, but my cats are super happy! They’re both larger size boys at 12 and 13 lbs lean weight, and they have found the size to be absolutely perfect for laying around and running through. They love the windows and like to stick paws through to swat as us and each other when we go past. Just need it in wood now and it would last longer. Why do they chew on EVERYTHING? ... show more

The assembly will be easy IF you know that the pieces are numbered (I outlined the numbers in black so we could see them easily.) MY CATS LOVE IT -and so far it has held up well. Well shoot, this is the best buy I've ever done for my cats! They are SO picky, but they LOVE this. And I truly mean love, maybe obsessed. My cats a gigantic boys and they fit perfectly without caving in. The black & white one sleeps in it all day long. I'll definitely be buying more. Set up was super easy. Like 10 minutes at most. Super easy assembly with clear instructions. Each cardboard panel is numbered for assembly according to instructions. Seems sturdy. Durability as yet is an unknown as our rabbit has been hesitant last day or so to incorporate the structure into her daily routine and zipping runs.
