This is one of the best things I have ever bought. The camera is easy to set up, easy to connect to internet and the videos are crisp and clear. The camera has motion detection, so it follows my animals around so I can constantly see them. I can also throw them treats, which I love. I got it on prime day and it was very affordable. I am seriously considering another. The app also has a “nanny” and can create video recaps. The is 100% a worthwhile investment if you like to check in on your animals while not with them.

I absolutely love my furbo so far! I've been looking at different indoor camera brands for a while and this brand stood out to me the most. Camera quality is excellent (night vision included). And setting it up was easy. Audio is slightly delayed but I've yet to find a camera that isnt. I dont plan on using the treat feature much as my dogs would probably fight over any treats but the 360° works well. I've been enjoying the nanny feature and just might buy the subscription after the trial ends. Will update post if anything changes. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased the Furbo primarily to give my puppy food rewards when she is calm in the crate, and to be able to check on her when we leave the house. It works great for these purposes with a wire crate. I put the Furbo on the floor next to the crate, with the ejection spout centered between two wires. It was well priced during prime day. If I had to pay full price for it, I might look at cheaper alternatives. I am not using the rotating, tracking, or smart alert features of the Furbo. I'm not using its speaker that allows you to remotely talk to your dog. I've heard that some dogs get stressed hearing their person's voice when they are away from home, and I don't want to chance that. I recorded silence for the treat toss sound, so as not to alarm the puppy. I load the Furbo with dog kibble, and set the treat size to "small". The bark alert feature works well when its sensitivity is set to "medium". There are a few false positives triggered by people talking in the house, but if I set it to "low" it misses some barking. I turn off the bark alerts when I am home, but enable them when I leave the house. Although the Furbo comes with few instructions other than the setup guide, it's very easy to setup and use. There is a tutorial built into the app that explains how to use it. I'm not planning to use the Dog Nanny subscription, but it came with a free month of service that was automatically turned on. I found the service to be overly intrusive. It flooded my phone with alerts. Eventually I found the settings screen for the Nanny alerts and turned them all off. I'm not planning to pay for the service when the free month ends. The service might be more valuable to someone who lets their pets roam free when they are out of the house, but my puppy is always crated when left alone. I was nervous about the many negative reviews that complained about Furbo losing Wifi access, but I found its internet communication to be rock solid. Since I installed it, we have had a power failure and an internet outage, but the Furbo recovered from both of those and automatically reconnected. Others complained that their dog was able to remove the lid and steal treats, but the lid on my Furbo fits very tight and my dog is unable to open it. Furbo is a quality and reliable product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Super great camera it’s surprisingly amazing quality!! My whole family was very impressed about how clear it is. It also moves great and smoothly. It was easy to set up and it’s nice that the app has a ai thing so you can ask questions about the camera with easy answers. It’s nice it tosses treats too the only thing is sometimes it doesn’t launch it well but it’s pretty good. I love all the features it has too. Only thing i suggest is turning off the sound it has like making beeping noises when it tosses a treat bc it scared my dog. I just did a voice recording of me saying “treat” and turned down the volume so you can’t really hear it. Long review but just thought to give the info I like.

I have had my Furbo 360 for 8 years . It’s my second one and I could not live without it. I have a new lab puppy and I talk to him and. An watch him all day when I am gone. It’s a life saver and if you have a pet and really care about their safety then don’t be without one. Company is Rock solid and customer service is helpful and always available. My first one had a problem and was out of warranty and Furbo replaced it at a reduced price without any questions. Terrific product amazing customer service. Nothing in market compares

The video quality is clear day and night, the app is easy to use, and I love being able to check in on my cat while I’m away. The motion and activity alerts are helpful. Setup was quick and straightforward, just wish we could fit larger treats. Overall it’s a reliable, user-friendly pet camera that gives peace of mind and makes being away from home a little easier for cat owners.

I got both a small one and a full size one, for cats. Each has a strength the other doesn’t. The small one zooms in and really follows my pets but holds around 6 treats. The full size one holds around 3/4 cup, costs a lot more, but no zooming. Both have a terrible glitch, imo, that doesn’t toss treats where I direct the camera. The small one is worse at this though. When pointing where I want it to toss a treat then tap the treat-toss-toggle, it turns to face elsewhere, not where I direct it to. But then it keeps turning and tosses the treat at the wall, or the side of the chair or dresser which are right beside the small furbo, landing out of reach of the cat. I have two cats. I set up each of their profile. Endless notifications that my cats needed soothing and the device did a great job. With my eufy I could see the cats weren’t even in the room they were supposedly being soothed in. Frequent notifications that my cats chewing on something, doing something and when I click to watch the recording, it’s the other cat or there’s no cat in the clip. This camera either is defective or the technology intends more than it is can deliver. Another possibility is it is meant to lure people into spending less up front for the subscription only device, which doesn’t work without a subscription. I was willing to pay the higher cost for the device that works without subscription. Either way, it’s absolutely not worth the cost and I’m absolutely returning it. Still wanting to give this a try, I ordered the subscription version, which only works with a subscription, but you have to buy either a three month subscription to get a decent rate, or an annual subscription. If you return the item, you aren’t refunded any unused subscription fees paid. The month to month subscription costs $39.97, roughly the same amount when paying for three months at once. I would love using multiple four letter words in this review to express my displeasure, but that’s not allowed.

Love it so far. Not a fan of monthly subscriptions, but this has been excellent to have for my pup. He’s recovering from bilateral ptlo surgery and also has separation anxiety. It’s great to be able to reinforce calm behavior with the treat function. And i love that Furbo notifies me of Rallo’s behavior, and that I can look back at earlier videos. Again, I really hate the monthly subscriptions, monthly subscriptions are underhanded and greed driven. But, for now I appreciate the functions.
