I have two senior cats who are 17 and 18 years old. Cats are weird in that when they are sick, annoyed, or stressed, they take to using the bathroom outside of the litter box. My younger one has ruined about 4 ($400) dog beds by urinating on them. I took her to the vet thinking something was wrong and they ran tests and suggested I “re-train her to the litter box by isolating her in a room by herself with her own box.” WHAT? I got tired of having more than one litter box. This was super easy to put together. It appears to be well made. For me, with the amount of money I’m spending on vet bills and new dog beds, it’s worth it. The only thing you might need to consider is you have cats who don’t care to jump is it will need a step or a ramp. Otherwise it works great. I don’t know what I never got one of these a lot sooner. It makes cleaning a litter box so easy. It’s quiet, and I also love that it lights up in the dark. My cats took to it well. I’ll spare you photos of a used litter box, but I’ll share a photo of it after I put it together. I also like that it is versatile in the brand of litter.

This box works great! Set up was super easy. And the size is perfect. Years ago I had one of those really expensive self-cleaning boxes, but because of the way it operated and small size of the storage tray for used litter, it was always a disgusting mess to clean and my cats wouldn’t use it. It only took my cats a week to convert from the old box to this one. However, it did take my dog a little longer to stop barking at it when it runs the cleaning cycle. 😆 The drawer is huge and I love that it came with two rolls of bags. No smell and no mess. Most of all, NO MORE SCOOPING!

I was on the fence about an automatic litter box, due to safety for my cat - however this machine has a lot of safety features! Cleaning/emptying will stop if it senses motion coming into the barrel, which gives me peace of mind. It will also alert you on the app if cleaning was stopped due to a sensor trigger. You can also set the automatic cleaning to begin later on, rather than immediately after your cat uses it, for extra peace of mind. Make sure during set up, you pour the litter in first - I skipped those instructions, causing the machine to think the weight of the litter was my cat and wouldn't clean. It was an easy fix though, since you can reset the machine from the app to calibrate the weight of the litter. The setup was easy, despite my user error, and the app is great too. You can clean or empty from the app rather than use the buttons, but the automatic cleaning has been working so I've had no need to do it manually as it's been cleaning after my cat has used it. You can also change the brightness of the lights emitting from the box, which I think is a nice touch, since the machine is in my bedroom and the default lights are bright. So far, my only con would be that I wish it came with a step-up for cats to get inside a little easier. My cat is still weary of the machine and is shy to get it in since it's a little high up. One could always be bought to solve the issue though, so it's not a huge deal. Overall, a great machine for what you pay! It seems to do the same things as the big brand machine for a lot less - and the app is very helpful as well! I recommend this product to any cat owner who's getting tired of scooping.

It is great. I love this for my cats. I have not touched a litter box in months. My kids appreciate it as well. One thing I will recommend is buy a high grade litter for it. Nothing cheap. I love how I can set a schedule through the app. I can clean out the litter box every two weeks now instead of everyday. It doesn’t carry any smell and keep the “poops” secured. It’s very clean but it’s big so have some space for it. The sturdiness is top Tier. It will not move. The cats, toddlers can not mess with it.

We have only used the self-cleaning litter box for a month, so this review is about our experience so far: One of our two cats took to it very quickly, the other is still getting used to it. Regarding the set-up: it was super clear and easy, no trouble at all. Regarding the design - we do like it. It's discreet enough to put near a living area, on a tile floor. It looks tidy and neat, and no smell! I also like the app, which lets me know how often the litter box is being used - this was helpful when we were recently out of town. Regarding quality: It is light and easy to move. But still stable and well put together. Regarding function: It works well to clean out the litter, though we had to manually press the "clean" button a couple of times when the automatic clean didn't come on. We changed the automatic clean setting to start 10 minutes after use and this seemed to solve the problem. Another plus is that the litter box is quiet - there is an electronic sound while the clean function is operating, but the noise level is very low. When the cats hear it, they are cautious but not spooked. And they come back to use the litterbox with no issues after the noise stops.

My sister has this and she loves it. She actually persuaded me into getting because I’ve seen it used and it’s honestly amazing. Clean up is so easy, set up is easy, and works well. It’s incredibly durable with a safe design especially where so many customers have had issues with other automatic cat boxes. If you’re worried about a cats safety, this is the one to get. It stops cleaning as soon as the cat comes close to the opening. Now this is what I’ve seen with my sisters so I did order one. Mine didn’t quite make it to me but that also brings me to their customer service. The customer service for this company is some of the best I had. My package did get delivered to the wrong address. They quickly addressed the issue, had fed ex send them a picture to verify where it was sent. Since I didn’t officially get the product, they were quick to refund the money and I will be reordering it.
