I think this is a great case overall. For any Mario and Luigi fans who love the way it looks you most likely won’t regret buying it. If you are just looking for a travel case for your Switch and care more about practicability than looks, there are a few things you might want to consider. Pros: • Looks great (as pictured, spot on for the Luigi colors and overall feel) • Good quality (the case materials look nice and sturdy, even the green part at the top is softer than I was expecting) • Has a strap and handle which is convenient • Can safely hold all the items listed in the description (Switch console, dock, joy-con straps, joy-con grip, AC adapter, HDMI cable, 14 game cartridge and other little accessories. I could also manage to fit my Switch in with a cover on even if the foam being in two parts rather than one big foam made it harder to slide the front cover all the way) • The foams are hard enough to hold everything well but soft enough so that you don’t have to worry about scratching your Switch and equipment while putting it in the case. They are also removable so you can use the case as a storage box for other things if you prefer Cons: • Can’t hold a pro controller (it doesn’t mention that it does either, but just something to think about if you plan on bringing everything with you) • Strong chemical smell (I tried leaving it open outside in the wind for a whole day and laundry sheets too, but it still smells the moment I open it) • No extra space planned for thumb grips on the joy-cons (those things can be annoying to put on and off each time you want to use the case. If I forcefully fit the Switch in with the thumb grips it puts a lot of pressure on the sticks and everything else) I might also get the Mario one eventually, remove the foams inside and simply use them both as storage boxes. They could hold many games, wires and other gaming accessories and look great on a shelf.

I bought this case as Xmas present for my daughter to go along with the Nintendo switch she wanted. At first, I was somewhat put off by the cost in comparison to other similar cases, but once unboxed, I could clearly see that this case was worth every penny. This case is smaller than I had envisioned, but it snugly and safely holds everything that comes with the Switch (I.e.: the console w/ thin protective case, the dock, controller, joy-con wrist bands and charger) in a dual layer of, what appears to be, the same type of shock-resistant ballistic foam that is in my handgun storage case, which completely encompasses all pieces. The lid side has convenient slots to hold several games, as well as an HDMI cord and a zippered pouch for earbuds/headphones, all held together inside the sturdy canvas hard shell that both zippers AND snaps shut. I’m quite certain that a person could punt this case, switch and all, like a football, and the game console wouldn’t feel a thing— And even with everything packed in, it remains surprisingly light, so in theory, kids should not have a problem carrying it, but should you find yourself playing caddy to a case or two, you won’t find yourself overly burdened. The only possible way this case could have been better was if it came in a “Princess Peach” model. All in all, I am very VERY happy with my decision to purchase this particular item, and I will rest easier knowing that her Switch is well-protected in this Funlab case.

It’s a tight fit for Nintendo switch animal crossing version. Foam is very sturdy so it’s well protected but hard to pull in and out but worth it for the safety. It has several pockets for games, cords and accessories. Brilliant colors and is so cute. My son loves it!

Ok so this carrying case is the most satisfying purchase I’ve made in a long time !! I love Luigi !!! He’s been my favorite Mario character since I was little. It’s exactly as discribed and will definitely keep your Switch console safe during travel. It looks high quality yet durable. I love the shoulder strap and you can remove the 2 layers of precut foam and use the bag normally if you just want to rep our green boy ! MY ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT ! is that there are no special indents/carvings into the foam for the joy-con thumb knobs . (See pictures) . The Switch only fits the way shown and if you proceed this way you will end up having to stuff and push it down causing MAJOR stress to the knobs . I had to pull the foam back and slide the Switch in to take the picture. You can actually see my nail prints trying to do this . I was very disappointed to discover this critical flaw. Definitely won’t be keeping my Switch in this case BUT I never intended on that in the first place !! I got this case soley for traveling with the entire console and for the various attachments, extras , and cords associated. I got a smaller personal case for my Switch for on the go transport (see pictures/ sold separately) that is why I’m still giving 5 stars. I am a happy customer and would definitely buy again !!

There seems to be two types of switch cases: ones for just the handheld, then one for the entire system with the dock and everything. The issue is all the handheld cases are pretty when all of the large ones are not! When I saw this case I knew i wanted to try it because it is hands down the best looking large case there is for the switch. It is also a very strong case and comes with a strap, it works really well. My only criticism is that I have a pro controller that I can't fit super easily due to the inside of the case being a static design. Over all awesome case!

Really cute looking travel bag for the switch! Loaded it up and and everything fit well, just like the product photos. Decided to rearrange a bit though. Instead of the large dock, I packed my Genki Travel Dock. This freed up room to include a pro controller. I put the hdmi cord on the top and a long USB C cable in the small pouch that's on the top. Really like the materials used. Exterior feels nice and interior is just as sturdy. I do like how the game holder elastic is mesh and you can see what's tucked in. Overall a nice case. Better than throwing your switch in a book bag!
