I ordered this years ago and the first one lasted years. The second one arrived with a small leak at the top bottom of metal ring, you replaced and there is a tiny leak on the new one, at the bottom of the ring just for a bit. But it is a great hose.

Used it less than 2 dozen times, and the last time the end broke off and completely soaked me. The little green coils shot back and forth like a serpent as I tried and catch it. It would have made a funny YouTube short if I was being filmed. The cheap brass like Hose connection broke off after 20 uses. Never even stepped on. Very disappointed, but I guess that is what I get for choosing a cheap one.

When I bought this product I was willing to pay a good price for a quality coil hose. This seemed to be the best looking one out of the choices Amazon presented, so I bought it. Unfortunately, it was of much cheaper quality than I had hoped. It is made of a cheaper stiff plastic material, rather than the more flexible neoprene hose I was hoping to get, so I worry a little about kinking it if I stretch it too much. I have it stored in a protected area and only use it occasionally to heavy water drier areas, so it has only light duty. However, I will say that it still performs as it did when I first bought it a year ago.

First of all this is in one tight coil I'll tell ya that. It's hard to maneuver and I'm only in my 50s, no way an elderly person could use it unless they hand there plants right there at there house.. its coiled so tight when stretched out it's about 10-12 feet not 20 no way.. maybe when it wasn't heated to cook it it was 20 but not after it was molded into the coil.. I got it to reach a spot approximately 10' away and it barely gets there stretched tight and the hoses pressure is so low it won't make the area witch my old hose could easily from this distance.. I spray that chemical to keep mosquitoes away and it doesn't push it that far .. it's essentially useless unless I had another 20' at the least of it ..whewww
