My family loves this chair. The chair is really sturdy, so I know that this will last a long time. I live in very rainy conditions, so I need a chair that was good in all weather conditions. The coating on the chair is really nice, so it will protect the chair for a long time. It will make it easy to wipe the chair clean too. The cup holder is great too. I've been in contact with the seller in attempts to send some parts to fix the arm rest. They said at first the company was on holiday, and now they said the engineer needed to review. I have been waiting on the engineer for quite some time without any news. I need some screws that will attach the cupholder to the chair (part of the reason I purchased this particular chair versus the many other varieties). Other than the non functioning cupholders the chairs are sturdy. They are very heavy and seem to be well besides the cupholder attachment. I will upgrade my rating if the cupholder issues on these chairs get resolved.
