- This is NOT a cheap fabric banner. Tampa Printing uses a high quality, heavy duty, premium 13 oz indoor/outdoor vinyl banner material. All banners are printed using industry best latex ink technology, are UV and water resistant, and withstand hot and cold conditions. They include metal grommets in each corner for easy hanging. Larger sizes receive extra grommets and reinforced hemming along all sides. Dimensions are Height (top to bottom in inches) and Width (left to right in inches).

The customer service was phenomenal! They provided drafts and several options to ensure I was satisfied with the layout. Ultimately, I provided my own design and they were able to incorporate it on the final print. Communication was great! Fast delivery! For me the quality was slightly below my expectations. I've ordered a banner from another vendor (who no longer sells on Amazon) a couple of years ago and received a beautiful, shiny, heavy duty banner. I assumed the quality would be the same from this seller but the banner was rather thin, light weight, dull, and a lot smaller than I anticipated (perhaps I mismeaured the size). The print, however, was sharp and rich. If I needed a banner again, I would consider this seller if there were no other options simply because they were very responsive, provided fast delivery, superior customer service and overall was pleasant to work with. I would probably order a larger size instead.

The banned I ordered was better than I thought it would be. I use it weekly and it is strong and the ink is vibrant. The set-up and communication between myself and company were easily done. I would suggest anyone needing a banner give these folks your business.

Bad product, cracks and ruined after 30 days of use! Asked for a refund they didn't agreed, I asked for a 50% refund and they ignored me.

Make sure you have your art work dial in for a banner, high res and high pixels. We had to go back and forth a few times until I got it right. But once we had the art work down they got the sign out to me in a few days I was really surprised. I will use them again and this time I will have my art work in a format that works. The sign looks great!
