It was a little bit of a pain to build, the instructions weren't very clear and a second person is almost necessary for the outer ring assembly. Other than that it went together pretty simply, I would follow the video on Amazon to see how they built it.

The best part is it serves dual purposes as we burn firewood and can be used for heating and grilling meats. We really enjoy roasting marshmallows and watching the fire. This firepit is really beautiful with the figure cut into the metal. It is safe with the lid. I can even use it as a grill with the included grill rack. It was easy to assemble and included clear instructions.
