When you're the 5 year old that named her dog Alf in 1989, obviously you buy the Alf Xmas sweater and this is a high quality sweater, just like the 1980s sitcom it's based off of... no seriously. The size chart is accurate AF. Go up a size if you want to wear this with leggings ladies (or gents). It's comfy and soft after the first wash. I don't put any of my sweaters in the dryer, so can't speak to shrinkage. There isn't a single Gen-X'er, Millennial or quite frankly a Boomer who hasn't complimented me on the sweater... Most frequently I hear "We need more Alf in the world". I don't know if that's because theyvwant less cats, or more aliens, but I agree. Our family loves ALF...especially my daughter! She loves the sweater and fits her a little bigger than expected, but works great on her! I'm also happy about the quality...wasn't sure what to expect since I couldn't touch and feel it before purchasing.
