When I opened the box I was greeted by that powerful smell of plastic that had been sealed for a long time. Also, I couldn’t believe they could put a quality hose in such a small box. I put the hose in my shed for a week or so to let it air out. After that, I started using in on my CNC router where it gets flexed a lot. It is also moved as needed, across the floor, to my table saw and other tools. I’ve been using it now for over a year. It is my primary hose, I retired the old stiff hose.     • Got this for my ferrets

I bought this for my ferrets to play in. It is MUCH more durable and longer than the Marshal ferret tubes. However it has a VERY strong odor to it. Reminds me of swimming pools I've bought in the past. I worry about the odor and ventilation since it's such a long tube. I washed it out and have it hung up to dry right now. That seemed to help a little but not much. I tried to punch holes in it for ventilation, but you can barely tell the holes are there....which is great for durability. I may have to cut it down some so it's not so long. I'll update this review later once I know if the odor gets better. So far I can just say that this is going to be much more durable and last a LOT longer than the Marshal tube! Edit: 6 months later the tube is still good as new and my ferrets still love it! They can cew on it and it never tears or punctures. You can't even see bite marks! I never did cut it smaller. Oh, and the odor is completely gone now. This was a very good purchase. :) ... show more

Can not complain about the quality whatsoever. I do wish these were available in more lengths at a decent price. I didn't need 20', but a 10' hose costs 75% of what a 20' costs. Spent a little more to save more down the line when I'll need another section.

The media could not be loaded. I used this for my guineas. One os getting use to it and the other absolute loves it. Its absolutely perfect. Needed a pair of wire cutters to design it the way i needed it so if you need to cut it, invest in a pair of those. The girls do chew on it but it dosnt seem to bother it. The clear hose wall is helpful. Durability is unknown since it's only been in service a few weeks. A weakness of the hose comes from a combination of being both very flexible and heavy.
