This is a well-constructed hose that has worked perfectly in my shop. Fits well on standard dust collector fittings and blast gates, and doesn't seem to collapse when vacuum is in use. Very easy to cut into needed lengths by simply using a box cutter and some wire cutters. It's thick and feels durable and strong. Hooked this up to my Dewalt planer and worked flawlessly. Hooked right up to the exhaust port - did not need any modifications. The 20 foot hose kept all of the sawdust out of my shop perfectly. Very well made sturdy product. Heavy duty hose, not the junky stuff you'd get at HF Tools. I researched several of these and if you are looking for a quality product at a fair price - this is it. If you have ferrets, this is the perfect size for them to play in almost chew proof! washes great with a garden hose, if you want to dry it quickly put a couple beach towels inside.

It appears to be a very sturdy product. I saw reviews that indicated that it really isn't 20 feet of serviceable hose. However, that is the nature of a corrugated vacuum hose when the dust collector it operating. The outside pressure is greater than the inside pressure [a vacuum] which tends to compress the hose. This hose was a replacement for a lighter weight hose which would reduce significantly when used. I would definitely purchase this product again if I needed longer hose. The media could not be loaded. I used this for my guineas. One os getting use to it and the other absolute loves it. Its absolutely perfect. Needed a pair of wire cutters to design it the way i needed it so if you need to cut it, invest in a pair of those. The girls do chew on it but it dosnt seem to bother it.
