Great lightweight cordless saw. Does a good job, battery lasts long and it’s so convenient to use for a quick cut without dragging out a 50’, 100’ cord. Like this tool.

I had every expectation of returning this item after finding it to be the kind of junk the price would imply, but I have to stand corrected. This is an amazing little saw that will have it's place in my tool bin, probably mostly as a yard trimming tool. I used it today to trim about 20 dead limbs from our palms (due to a recent freeze here in FL) without even topping off the battery, just took it out of the packaging and put it to work. I really appreciate not just how light it is, but the design that when a blade and battery are attached balances very nicely in your hand. It's not a tool for everyday professional use, but for the low price it's a useful addition for quick cutting jobs that pruning shears can't handle.I thought my wife might chastise me for "wasting money on yet another tool I don't need" but as soon as she picked it up she declared that it was hers.

Did exactly what I purchased this saw for! I had an ugly orange plant that had a pretty good growth on it, I trimmed it back for years, and I hated it as it would grow and bump me in the head with it stupid limbs when I walked past it. My goal was to cut it back so far it die but I couldn't do that with just a branch cutter so I bought this and it did the trick.. it died and was easy to pull out even with the roots about four months later. I have replaced it with phony colored trees., so no watering, no weeding, no trimming! No hauling off limbs! Now my whole area is fake trees & fake flowers with solar decorations, and I love my little garden area now! This saw was able to cut through 3 to 4" limbs with no effort! I'm 78 years old and this saw was not heavy so I was able to cut off many limbs without my arms, giving out holding the saw! Yippee so what I have now with that horrible plant is gone, is a relaxing, adorable area with no muss or fuss! I love this strong little saw!

I ended up returning this reciprocating saw because it barely worked for what I needed it to do. It took a very long time just to saw through a standard 2x4, which was disappointing because I expected much better cutting power. I also tried using it on a thin sheet of metal, but it would not cut through that either. The battery life also did not last very long, which made the experience even more frustrating. I was hoping this would be a convenient cordless saw for smaller projects around the house, but it simply did not have the power or performance I expected. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the overall performance and decided to return it.

I've used it and am happy with it. It's great for small jobs; not cutting trees. Battery charges quickly and lasts longer than expected. Good choice for small brush jobs around the yard.
