  • Obvious quality
I ordered this paddle after leaving my old one on the dock after crab fishing one day. My old one was almost as expensive as this one, bought on Amazon and was advertised as carbon fiber. This paddle is half the weight and twice as rigid swings like a feather. Can't wait to get on the water, I've got a Wilderness Systems Radar 135, graph, batteries and motor plus my 240# @$$ I know this thing will have no problem moving it. ... show more

  • If you want POWER, this is the paddle for you
you can't go wrong with AQUABOUND. This will cost you about $150.00 or more and the only thing better than this so the same paddle but FULLY CARBON and this will cost you over $200.00 So depending on your budget and your paddling style, this could be right for you. I believe the newer version is RED colored rather than white. ... show more

  • Posilock Goodness!
g rediculously expensive (<$200). It's NOT cheap, but reasonable in comparison to may high end paddles. The Posilock connector is solid and pleasant to use. Finally, it is one of the few high end paddles with a high visibility blade. You'd think a safety feature like that would be more common

  • Nice but pricey
Color: 2 Piece (Posi-Lok) Sunset Red Size: 230 cm
I’m new to kayaking and should have bought a cheaper adjustable paddle. I went with high quality instead, but now I regret not getting a longer one. I fail to see how these paddles can be worth over a hundred dollars, being so similar to a thirty dollar one. I’m physically fit, doing two or three hour excursions, and a metal shaft feels just as light to me as carbon fiber. The real difference for me would be a more rigid blade to move the water, but this blade is “reinforced pp” and no more rigid than any cheap pp blade I’ve purchased. I like the blade shape, I’m an aggressive high paddler, I think the quick adjust system is awesome, but again it comes with its caveats; if it was a regular push button in the center, I could have added an extension piece to make the paddle longer. Now I’m stuck with a very expensive paddle that ultimately will be replaced. If it were less expensive, I’d have already replaced it. Next time I spend more than thirty bucks, it will be pure fiberglass or carbon blades, no “pp” (plastic) about it. ... show more

Great quality, light weight, very strong for aggressive paddlers, nice design and perfect specifications, well balanced in the hand! Don't spend $400!!

  • Good paddle
Light, moves lots of water and feels good in the hand.

  • Nice Paddle
A nice light paddle with good power. The posi loc connector is nice allowing extra feathering options with out the looseness of the button type connector. The paddle is smoother then the aluminum and fiberglass models I tried. The shaft is somewhat ridged and will scratch a plastic kayak but it feels ok in the hands. I really like this paddle. ... show more

  • Good moderately priced paddle
Had an aqua bound paddle I used for years 'till my son ran over it with the car. I did not hesitate to buy another one. Delivery was fast and the item was exactly what I expected. I highly recommend it.
