Right order wrong manual ?? I don’t understand how this happened but there’s no YouTube video explaining how to build it and customer service was nice but no possible solution because there’s no link or any way to contact the manufacturer to give us instructions on how to build.

I would order this bed again, I’ll start by saying that. It’s a very nice bed and the height is perfect for the momma’s who are scared of their kiddos rolling off. I’ll note, there were a few bolts, screws, etc. that didn’t fit just right. I wish the ease of the assembly was a little better but it would’ve definitely been easier if I had a second person helping. It is a fairly sturdy bed! It shakes a little bit if you really try, but that’s to be expected with any bunk bed. I wish the bottom bunk didn’t sit on the floor, but that is transparent in the pictures, just required a mattress topper to add comfort. My biggest complaint is that a normal thickness mattress does not sit low enough on top for the rails to be functioning. They sit at the very top of the mattress meaning they provide no safety net for roll off. ... show more

I bought this bed and I'm putting it together now. I didn't expect for it to be as low to the ground as it is and I didn't expect it to have wooden slats either. Other then that the instructions are very easy to follow and it's a breeze to put together. Quality is good.

I returned this bed frame after noticing it is not as advertised because the product details states "sufficient under-bed storage space". In actuality, the frame sits 1/2 inch from the floor and consequently there is no room for a robot vacuum to go underneath the frame for regular cleaning. In addition, the bedding touches the floor which is concerning for appropriate assigned size and fit. Finally, the bottom bunk has no slats which does not have the support I am looking for. Overall,1 star for its function not meeting the expectations of the health conscious buyer. ... show more
