Update: Vendor reached out within 24 hours and provided materials required to resolve the issues. Thank you. Original Post: Purchased unit for child's room. It arrived fast. Small box and easy to carry. Assembly took a hour, with a kid around. The middle metal support has no flex like the wood slats, it stabs your back/hips. We woke up to a loud crack/snap noise last night and a scared child. One of the board snapped. When we were putting unit together I told my wife two of them looked weak compared to the others we should replace them in the future, didnt realize the future would be 48 hours after puchase.

Overall, good platform bed frame. Had some issues with assembly where the slats just didn't seem to feel as tight packed as they should be (I've had other similar type frames). The slats do feel solid though, that is a big thing, some frames like this have very thin slats and they just don't hold up. Frame metal is good and solid also, heavy enough that it will hold up but not super crazy heavy where you won't be able to move it solo. The height is good, gives a nice amount of storage space under the frame. The LED's look good too, nice and bright and give off a nice glow at night. Wound up using these instead of my super dim nightlight. Frame all in all works and is pretty comfortable with my mattress on it.

We ordered the full size bed frame. The hardware arrived organized well in a shrink wrapped package. Assembly was straightforward. The instructions had diagrams of how to assemble with few words. Still, it was easy to figure out how to complete each step. The frame came together sturdy with a lot of support. The wood looks great. The lighting system was easy to install and also looks really good. We have it set on a rotating color change. The support is great and can easily hold the weight of two adults. After about a month of use, the frame is still in perfect condition. Nothing needed to be tightened. The support is as good as new. The lighting system still works really well. We are very pleased with this frame and would purchase it again for another bed if and when it is needed. It’s a good looking bed frame with a lot of support. It’s a good value.

This bed frame was very easy to set up and came together quickly without any frustration. All the pieces fit well, and the instructions were clear enough that it felt straightforward from start to finish. Once assembled, it feels solid and well made with no wobbling or noise. The combination of wood and metal slat support gives it a sturdy feel, and I appreciate that no box spring is needed since I have one of the newer hybrid mattresses that doesn't require a box spring. The low profile design is a big win. It looks clean and modern, and most importantly, I’m not constantly stubbing my toes walking around the bed. Overall, it’s a practical, well designed frame that feels durable and comfortable to live with. Great value!
