    • Beautiful Bed/Cabinet - Worth the time to assemble
We purchased this Murphy bed for use in our bonus room. I had read all of the reviews, knowing it would take done time to get it assembled. It took my husband and I 4 hours to put this together. It turned out beautiful. We were missing one screw which my husband tried to replace with one he had. It was too long and ruined the front of the drawer. The quality of the materials is very good. It transforms from bed to cabinet easily. We bought a 6” trifold mattress which fits perfectly in the cabinet. It is a lovely piece of furniture for the price.     • Amazing customer service, and a lovely piece of furniture. Give time to assemble.
I had run into a little trouble with my order and I have to say the customer service is outstanding. I was blown away by how great that experience was. My only caveat I'd add is to check the size of the mattress because the one I had wouldn't fold up small enough to fit inside. Otherwise, this is a nice looking piece of furniture. Take your time putting it together and if you are missing any hardware contact them and they'll make it right. Wonderful customer service experience. Assembly took a couple of hours because I took my time and wanted it to be nice, probably could go faster. I did use a drill for faster screwing but you need a flat head and Phillips screw driver and a hammer. The instructions have places where it will say "front" in relation to the drawer slides, for instance, and not the rest of the pieces, so it may seem like it makes no sense to label only one thing as "front" but when that happens, the pictures in the Diagrams are very accurate. I did not have to undo or redo any part of the assembly because of that. Give yourself some time - and maybe a glass of wine - and it will turn out nicely. ... show more
