I've been using this bed frame for a month now, and I strongly recommend securing it to the wall for added stability. At 170 lbs, I'm trying to lose weight for this bed—LOL! It does give you plenty of room, especially since my two cats are moving back with me. However, if anyone claims it doesn’t wobble, that’s definitely not true. I noticed the movement right away and ended up purchasing an Adjustable Bed Frame Anti-Shake Tool the very next day. It helped a lot, though I still feel a little wobble when moving around—or if I sneeze too hard. Once you get used to it, it’s manageable. But honestly, at under $400, I can't complain too much—I definitely can't afford a $1000 frame. Customer service was disappointing. I never got a reply from the seller, despite emailing and messaging through Amazon and their website. Thankfully, Amazon’s customer service came through—I had a dent on one of the poles, and they immediately offered me a partial refund. That was the best part, and luckily, I didn’t receive a completely defective frame. If that had happened, I would have been furious. If anything major happens, I’ll update my review! me and my dad spent 5-6 hours to build it, didn't want the L table lol but still not bad

I bet the people working ups don’t enjoy moving these boxes, they are over a 100 pounds! I was concerned when it arrived as the boxes were beat up pretty badly, but I was pleasantly surprised that it all survived. The kit was well labeled, some of the instructions were really small and we had to go backwards a couple times because they put a lot of things on one step. Definitely a 2 person job. But all the parts were there! Great value for the price. The desk fitment is really nice too, my son is happy and that’s all that matters! My only gripe was with the LED strip, remote didn’t have a battery in it, and the led strip was too long for the space that was designated for in the instructions, and didn’t stick to the bed at all. I was able to trim it to the correct length (the 3 silver dots are cut points) there is no mention of this in the instructions also (don’t cut when plugged in) . I then used a roll of 3/8” 3m vhb to reattach it and it is holding good!

This bed was extremely difficult to put together especially once my husband and I realized towards the end of putting this loft bed together that it’s missing parts. Amazon refuses to send us the parts missing and expects us to undo everything we did and send the loft bed back. Not doing that!! It was too much trouble putting together. You shouldn’t have to send the whole thing back just to get a part. Be our luck the next loft bed will be missing more parts than this one. It’s best to comb through your entire package and make sure everything is there before starting this task. I’m giving a bad review bc Amazon didn’t want to accommodate our request. Our daughter loves the loft bed and it does do the job we wanted it to do.

I was extremely nervous to make such a big purchase with so little reviews but I am glad I did. The quality is really good and the beds seem to be holding up great. We bought 2 for my teenagers and they love them. There room doesn't have closets so I loved that they had the closet built in. My 14 year old is 5'8" and 165 lbs and this bed seems very sturdy. The desk has a ton of space. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my sons love them. I really like that they came with LED lights to. We were missing a part for one of the beds and I was able to contact the company directly and they sent out a replacement part very quickly.

The bed is not horrible to assemble so that seems good, though I worry that the steps won't hold up very long being thin particle board (the slick coating is also a downside). Mostly leaving a poor review because of quality issues and the lack of response to help with the thing. Issues: 1) LED light strips will not stick to the metal of the bed frame. I cleaned the bed to ensure no oils or particles were on the frame, but the LEDs immediately came unattached as the double sided tape would stick. I ended up using zip ties to get them to work. 2) Not that it made much difference because the LED Remote doesn't work. Originally they gave me some bunk about not being able to ship batteries with the remote (which is crap because the coin cell is well below the UN38.3 lithium shipping threshold). Then they went silent when I explained that I tried 3 different batteries and the remote will not respond. 3) Manufacturing quality... nothing substantial enough to make me return the thing (because it was nearly assembled when I found the problems). One of the rails was poorly welded and one of the cross bars came loose. Another of the tunes had not been punched all the way out. Another tube had the screw catch loose, so I had to fish it out.
