Firm but soft.

Came late but it was only because of the weather we just had. It was easy to unpack and inflated within an hour. It was installed in the afternoon and was being used by bed time. Very comfortable and well worth the money.

Amazing - Will never pay full price again

Came in a manageable box. If you are petite or don't work out much you may need a helper. Once we got the box inside and downstairs opened it very carefully so as to not cut the mattress. It was 8 inches in 24 hours and 10 inches in 72 hours. Sleeps like a dream. Also a total do not disturb style - I can roll over 1 side and nothing moves on the other. Not too soft not hard. Sooooo hard

This was my third mattress from Amazon. We just wanted a soft mattress, not rock hard. Summer if the reviews mentioned that this was soft. Not so. You hardly sink in at all. Not comfortable, just way too hard. Will be returning it.
