Generally I like this mattress. Although I may prefer harder one for myself but my family like the medium-firm feeling. The combination of memory foam and individually pocketed springs provides an excellent balance of comfort and support, with a true medium-firm feel that works well for both back and side sleeping. The motion isolation is outstanding, as I can barely feel any movement when my partner shifts or gets up, which has noticeably improved my sleep quality. It also offers great pressure relief, and I’ve experienced less stiffness in my shoulders and lower back since using it. Typically no specific setup needed. The mattress arrived compressed in a box, expanded nicely, and had very little odor. I have had a memory foam for 7 years and I was tired of struggling trying to get up in the morning. It makes you stiff!! I got this mattress and OMG!!!!! It’s amazing! It’s fantastic! I can’t rave enough about how happy I am that I bought this mattress. The springs are wonderful! I don’t wake up stiff anymore. I love this mattress. I was really looking forward to this mattress. I unpacked it—no smell. I left it for 72 hours. I was so disappointed!!! The edges are bent. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep on. It turns out my torso is higher than my head and feet. It’s awful! And I can’t return it!

This is my first time trying a mattress that isn’t fully firm, and I’m honestly glad I gave it a chance. As someone who sleeps on their side all the time, this mattress has made a noticeable difference in comfort. It provides enough support to keep everything aligned while still having enough softness to relieve pressure on my shoulders and hips. The hybrid design feels well balanced, supportive but not stiff, and it expanded evenly after unboxing. After a few nights, it settled in nicely and has been consistently comfortable since. For the price, it exceeded my expectations, especially for side sleeping. Overall, a solid choice if you want pressure relief without feeling like you’re sinking too much. This mattress is a great value! It's pretty accurate in thickness. It's pretty firm. It sleeps very well but my hips did start to hurt, but that may just be me. There was a slight smell as it aired out.
