Purchased for my FIL , and he loves it, said it's great. We opened it and allowed it to expand for a few days before delivering to him. It felt a little to firm for my liking but my FIL said it's an amazing sleep for him. Honestly our perked up after a few days opened. I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews. If you replace your mattress often this is the way to go, stores charge a lot for something that's slightly better or often not as good. 5/5.. keep in mind that this less than $200, king sized and 12inches. It states to give it up to 72 hrs to reach its fullest potential, I gave it 24 and some. An I am still pleased with my purchase. Description states “medium firm” but it slightly feels a little more firmer but no uncomfortable and just enough. No sinking. You absolutely get your monies worth and the quality is surprisingly good the for price you pay. Well done. I would recommend this mattress to another person
