heavy mattress that comes out of the box, right when you pop it out you can lay on it and it is comfy, I'd advise to wait 3 days and let it firm up as it becomes much more comfortable. Nice mattress! Extremely comfortable! Overall a very good mattress for the price! It unrolled and "fluffed up" in about 24 hours. There wasn't any weird smell like you get with many mattresses. Make sure you have enough room; once you cut the wrapper, this thing pretty much unrolls itself! I've slept on it a couple of months now and it's really good! I have back issues and it's firm enough to give support, but soft enough on the surface that you don't get sore spots (hips and shoulders) while you sleep. After being pregnant AND during pregnancy, my back and hips were obliterated. I already had back and hip issues, so the extra weight from baby girl did not help. My husband and I would always talk about wanting a king size mattress. After months of searching online and mattress shops I chose this one based on reviews. Some were saying “oh the edges aren’t firm enough” “it’s not supportive”. I got the 14”. It is very supportive, in-fact now my back is more flexible to where I can crack it, before that was never happening. My hips feel better because of the support. I’m a side and belly sleeper. The 14” is thick. My almost toddler (baby girl) cannot climb up it versus my old mattress. which she enjoys the challenge, so the edges are pretty sturdy if an 90% weight toddler can’t dent them. The size is great. My husband 5’10” 250 lbs and I, 5’5” 120 lbs do not even touch each other. Lots of space for baby girl too to climb on us and roll around. This is the first mattress I bought online, I was worried, but I’m glad I shelled out the 200 bucks to get it. It is firm, and hasn’t had any dents from my husband sleeping in it. This mattress arrived quicky and was easy to set up. It was packaged very nicely. After unwrapping, it popped into shape very quickly and was instantly ready to go. It's very soft and supportive. It cradles you when you sleep but it also prevent s the bed from disturbing the other occupant. The quality is very good especially considering the price point. This is really comfortable, medium firm. It’s soft enough. It isn’t forming but it’s still comfortable. I guess it’s worth what I paid. No pain relief but it’s more comfortable than my last one. The set it is easy. The mattress is heavy.

This was the craziest mattress ordering experience I’ve ever had. The mattress comes delivered to you in a box that is rolled up. It is unbelievable that there is a mattress in there. I purchased it for my guest bedroom, but it seems to be a pretty decent mattress with decent support. I will let you know after my mother comes to visit. She is the one who “complained about the old mattress on her last visit” - thus pushing me to do this purchase before she arrives in May ... show more

After waiting over 72 hours for the mattress to fully expand after opening and placing it on the frame we finally put sheets on it and tried it out. The mattress is mediocre comfortable but neither of the ends of the mattress fully expanded so both our heads and our feet (both top and bottom of the mattress) are supported properly. We tried removing all bedding and giving it another 24 hours to, hopefully, finish expanding but still no-go. Since it is impossible to repack the mattress in its original packaging, we just opted to get rid of it and buy a different one.
