WOW! This mattress has really surprised and delighted me. I’m old school, so a mattress in a box? Um, let’s say I was not keen to give this option a try, but I’m so glad I did. Please do be very aware that this mattress is awkward and heavy to unpack and place on the bed frame or platform. At least two ppl are needed. Give it a couple of days to relax from the vacuum packing and you’re good to go. No funky smell, no marred surface at all. It looks as nice as a mattress you’ll find at a mattress store or big name department store. Ifve been shopping for a new mattress for our guest room. I’m def not disappointed. Feels great to sleep on. Provides great back support, yet is so comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and I’m ts so nice to not wake u with aches and pains from sinking into a less than supportive bed. I slept in this bed in the guest room for a few weeks to really test it out after reading some other reviews about “bounciness” and hardness, but definitely not anywhere close to my experience. Granted, I’m about 135 lbs, unlike some of the reviewers with concerns, but I’m a very light sleeper with any little discomfort waking me, including my hubby turning while he’s sleeping. None of that with this mattress. How wonderful to get full nights of uninterrupted sleep! In fact, we both are so impressed with this mattress that we’re buying a queen size one for our primary bed now too, replacing a Beautyrest Black (over $2000) mattress! Idk what could be a better testimonial to the quality of this hybrid mattress. At this price point I’m completely stunned that it outshines a big brand mattress. First off, if you have never opened a memory foam mattress, be careful. It goes from in the vacuum bag to a mattress very, very quickly. In other words, if you are in front of it when it opens, it will say hello to your face at high velocity. You want to put in on your bed, and have it aimed with you out of the way when you cut that bag open. Don't just go slicing. Just slowly open it until it reaches the point where it will just do the rest for you. You'll know when it's about to burst. Once it's there, just back off and watch. Don't have a bunch of fragile stuff everywhere, just in case you aim poorly. For the price, this is a very nice mattress. It's not going to be as comfortable as a far thicker, and far more expensive mattress of course, but a nice mattress topper fixes that for the most part. Get one of those super thick mattress toppers. They could make a rock comfortable. The mattress is a bit firm for my taste. A big, thick mattress topper fixes that too. Just make sure you don't get a firm mattress topper. That will just turn this into a big brick. It seems to be good for hot or cold sleepers, but a topper is going to effect that as well. If you get a thick, cooling topper, then you'll be fine even if you are a hot sleeper. ... show more

This product is a a well made & well designed full size 10in hybrid mattress that has gel & memory foam with individually wrapped pocket springs that is soft, comfortable & offers pressure relief. The mattress is CertiPUR-US that meets quality tested standards with a 10-year warranty. The mattress is very easy to have set up, it arrives rolled up in a box air tight & when you puncture the wrap & begin to remove the air tight packaging the mattress will immediately begin to arise & spread out rapidly to its full size which should be around 10in thick but it will take 24-72 hours before it full expands after opening. The mattress is designed with 8 levels of comfort, it has a breathable knitted fabric on the top layer, safety fire proof foam as the 2nd, gel memory foam 3rd, high density foam 4th, adjusted air flow foam 5th, enhanced pocket springs 6th, a foam base support 7th & finally equipped with an anti-slip bottom. Wow it surprised me how quickly this thing snaps into shape after cutting it open. This is a bed I'd get for guests or teenagers but am using for myself. It's not too firm but not too soft like those old memory foam beds in a box. I'm 6'4 and pretty big, so this isn't the ideal size, but it still fits me and works as my guest bedroom bed.
