This Earwax removal tool with camera really surprised me with the quality of the build. It was solid, the main body covered with a thin rubber coating that helps with grip. The optics of the camera are amazing to me. I ordered this thinking "if it works and helps, great, if not, I'm only out a Jackson, no great loss." I was very pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up. You have to download the free software onto your phone from the Android Play Store and enable your location, wifi and Bluetooth. A few months ago, during an annual physical my doctor told me that I had impacted earwax in one of my ears. Well, that explained why I wasn't hearing well out of that ear. She recommended I use Carbamide Peroxide to soften the wax. She recommended I use 5 drops and let it set for 5 minutes before letting it drop out into the sink, and to do this do this for up to 5 days. After 12 days and very little wax removal, I looked for other options and found this tool. Using the tool takes some practice and I recommend practicing with it without going for the wax right away. It takes a little time to get used to orienting and moving the tool where you want. But that is not a limitation of the device, it's just the user getting used to using the tool.

This ear camera is definitely better than one I have purchased in the past. This ear camera has an excellent HD quality picture. After downloading the app, this camera connected to my phone quickly with zero problems. The battery lasts a long time. I like the fact that there is a protective cap for the end that goes into the ear. A set of stainless steel hand tools came with the device in this nifty carrying case. The other one I had purchased quit holding a charge and was hard to connect to my phone after 6 months use. This product is of high quality and I'd buy it again.

I received it quickly and was able to set it up in very little time and with zero problems. The app was intuitive and easy to use, and the picture quality and refresh rate was way better than I thought. Yes, the device heats up a tiny bit, but never even remotely to any uncomfortable levels. The cable charging is a huge plus as well since I don't have to find and use batteries. The item comes with a bunch of other tools, each specialized for a particular job. I did not have to use them, but the options are very nice to have. I bought this item probably for the same reason you're reading the reviews, because I've felt a "fullness" in one of my ears for several days and thought it could be excessive ear wax since I use Q-tips to clean my ears every few days. Instead of going to a doctor, I thought about finding solutions to figure it out myself. I learned about these high-tech personal tools to help people with this exact problem. Despite some skepticism, I took a leap of faith and decided to buy this particular one because of its reviews and price, and I was happy I did. I learned I didn't have any build-up, which was also a great psychological relief to me as I could finally forget about the issue and be stress free. All thanks to this device.

You have to really think about what you’re doing when you put this in your ear so that you can look around without damaging your eardrum. I attention to the way the camera is angled when you start to put it into your ear so that you can follow the information you see on screen. That haven’t been said their software has a lot to be desired, but it’s rather easy to use. However, the instructions are not that good. Once you install the software, you just kind of click the button button in the middle and it starts joining up to connect with your Camera on the device intends to disconnect, but that could be the network signal however I have found this very very beneficial and looking inside and behind my ear for things that my husband cannot see. It has a very strong camera That is the exact thing in front of it, which means it’s not gonna pick up on things around it. It’s only gonna look at exactly what’s in front of it so it takes a little time to get used to it. The camera doesn’t get very warm, but it’s not uncomfortable, this is due to the light. I’m sure if they use an LED light heat would actually dissipate but for the few bucks, what do you expect? It has replaceable tips included in it and a nice little kit, I would recommend recommend using alcohol to clean it after you use it in each ear, especially if you intend on sharing this with another person which I would not recommend. This is an excellent purchase. It does recharge itself using a USB charger. Something you should be aware of.
