And apparently I can't just reach out to the manufacturer and request a replacement for the one piece I need, I have to do an entire return for a full sized loft bed frame with a desk? The instructions has a piece mislabeled. Is this build coming from different manufacturers?

Lets get the bad out of the way, -700 pieces (annoying) -One of the steps had the pieces you needed labeled wrong, but the diagram was right so we figured it out in the end -You DEFINITELY need 2 people to build this (it took 5hrs for me and my mom to put together) -The LED strip needs extra tape to stay up Now for the good! -The bed is actually very sturdy, my cats run up and down the steps and they don't even creak (mind you, two of them are a lil plump at 15lbs each) -The desk is the perfect height, my chair fits AND I was able to slide my mini fridge underneath it (saving even more space) -The power cord works well and is very convenient -The bed comes with rubber caps for the slats to help with noise -My ceiling is only 9ft tall, but even with a thick mattress I can sit up straight while in bed (for ref. I'm 5'9) Lastly, I was hesitant to buy this due to the reviews of it being damaged in shipping, even though the box looked like it went through war... all the parts where there and undamaged!

The assembly was a whole task because lot of things were labeled wrong towards the end of assembling it. When I finally got it together, I ended up not liking it. My room is very small so I wanted this bed which it’s great for. But, it made my room look prison like. Also some parts came in dented. It was also wobbly which I wasn’t in love with. Definitely not sturdy like some people say here. And I made sure everything was tight so that wasn’t the problem. I ended up taking it down and returning it (which was also a task because the boxes that they came were completely destroyed and I couldn’t find any boxes that are as big as these parts) I say if you want something for storage, get the bed frame. But, if you want something that’s sturdy, easy to assemble and looks good. I’d say look somewhere else.

It is a quiet saying a little bit of work to assemble that quality I would say is like four star it's good but it's Amazon good appearance looks legit no questions at all size decent and it's absolutely value for money

Where do I even begin? I suppose overall it's okay. It works. Is it sturdy? Meh. The most frustrating part was that some of the holes weren't drilled, making it near impossible to effectively put some of the pieces together. On top of that, some of the holes are drilled in the wrong places, for example, connecting points on one leg would be on the inside while the point on another leg is on the outside. At first we though we were putting it together wrong- we weren't. Further, it has you put the entire outside together and then the inside pieces making it so difficult to put the inside pieces in that you have to undo some of the work you did so it'll go in. This is NOT a one person job at all and incredibly frustrating. My suggestion is to not tighten everything on the outside pieces until you're done!

My daughter wanted a bed like this and I am a review type person. This one had it all. It does require assembly but wasn't hard at all. We actually had a great time putting it together. It did take us a few hours but we wanted it done right. It saves so much space in her room and is very sturdy too. It's high enough to stand comfortably underneath and very comfortable
