Luckily the damage didn't affect the finished product; it's on the back of parts or the bottom of parts, but they're there. Instructions were just ok. There are some parts that need to face a certain way, and it's hard to tell which way on the instructions.

It is a great bed! My son loves it. Well built and solid. However, there wasn't any instructions included. I contacted both Amazon and the manufacturer but heard nothing back from either. I had to find instructions for another bed of theirs that was close enough. It's ALMOST an exact match. Unfortunately, there were some modifications to those plans. If you find them as well, the "D" nuts are used to replace the "B" bolts in the top corners of the bed. You have to use a "C" bolt with the "D" nut. Unfortunately, that also makes you one "C" bolt short. I used a "B" bolt instead of a "C" to secure the cross brace under the slats at the feet. It still has one of the "C" bolts next to it so I think it should hold fine.

I have a TINY room and this bed has made it so much easier to make most of the space I have. As the specifications said, it holds up to 250lbs so it can support a decent amount of weight - I’m a 185lb woman and it doesn’t wobble or feel unsafe. It looks fantastic. You can fit so much in the desk area. The rungs for the ladder are a bit uncomfortable because of how skinny they are but they are strong and hold up well (have a desk as a stepping stone to save my feet). I definitely think it’s worth the price.
