Freaked out because Fed Ex delivered the 2nd box to my neighbors house. Once we had both boxes, the numbers made it super easy to put together. My 9 year old was able to help my husband put it together. He loves it and we have had a ton of compliments on it so far!

I have purchased two of these now, for both of my kids and they love them! They can be a little tricky putting together, but doing with the whole family made it fun. First bed came with everything. The second was missing the outlet for the desk & the lights, but the customer service they provided was amazing and they sent the parts right away!! I would definitely buy again!

Love the bed it does wobble a bit but no more than any other bunk/loft. However the weight limit listed on Amazon does not match the one in the instructions for the bed. Amazon said 350 but it only has a 250lb limit after the 50lb mattress that only leaves 200lbs.

Absolutely love it! took a little longer than I thought it would to put together, about 4 to 5 hours. Also the LEDs that attaches to it don't stick very well but you can easily fix that with like little command poster strips ( also the remote did not come with a battery so you're going to want to get your little flat round battery yourself). Another thing, the thing people were talking about with screws and power drills, you really don't even need any of that like it's so tight and slotted together so well you could just set it on there and don't have to worry about anything falling or coming apart, I didn't use any of the little screws that it came with and it's been perfectly fine. Last thing I'll have to say about this is that personally I'm a bit clumsy so I'm going to probably get foam covers for the edges of the steps because I already scraped myself going up once.

Was loving how the bed turned out for my daughter. Just built it today. We took one step on the first step and it snapped in half. I am under the weight it said it holds so I tested before she got on. Glad it was me and not her the went through. Reached out to the seller hope to hear something back soon Update: The seller was very prompt in replacing the broken item and very responsive. Because of this I have updated my review. We do really enjoy this bed.
