I did have one issue where there were two tiny dents but upon sleeping on it there have been no structural issues as of right now. This isn't really like a box spring.It's more like a support. It's perfect and exactly what we needed. Buying one at the mattress store was almost twice this amount of money and then they were gonna charge us to deliver it which was close to the same price they were charging us for it In addition.
