I will say it was easy to put together if not time consuming. The doors are a bit loud but what can you expect from something that rolls on wood? Everything is very sturdy. I saw somebody say the locks on the drawers can get a bit tricky but those are completely optional. I personally speaking have no problems with mine. Pieces are clearly labeled, including all hardware. No pieces were damaged or scraped up, all pieces are accounted for, final product is looking great! Three reasons for dropping a star. Reason 1: the headboard and the actual base are constructed separately. Joining them together was the most frustrating part of building, though the overall frustration even including that was rather minimal. I had to prop up the headboard in order for the base to align properly. Reason 2: the siding of the bottom is either a bit too thin for the screws used or the screws too big for the siding. One of them needs to compensate because as it is the screws are causing small bulges. None of them cracked, just six small bumps on each side. Reason 3: This reason is not related to the product, rather the packaging used. While it did protect the contents of the box, the foam inside is definitely not great. It left a great deal of little foam balls everywhere, including stuck to my cat. I understand that this is not an expensive product in its field but it is truly a ridiculous amount. Other than those three, everything went well. I had no trouble with the sliding doors, the outlet, or any hardware. It is the proper size for a Full. It took me around 3-4 hours to build (with a cat I eas constantly shooing out). Love just how much space there is on the shelves, they are deeper than I imagined even with measurements. Sherman, the nosy cat in both photos, has also enjoyed the process and the end product. ... show more

So husband and I ordered this bed, Friday 05/29. It was delivered earlier than expected. Which was good. But while my husband and I were putting it together one of the wood dowels broke. The instructions were a little confusing, we got it together in 2-3 hours because some of the numbers were wrongly labeled. The material is cheaply made. Cardboard wrapped in plastic.. I enjoy this queen platform bed very much. Base frame is very sturdy and the headboard accomodates what I need. All parts were available when assembling this item. It accomodates two stereo speakers on top with room for other decorations. The storage cabinets are very handy and the shelves between the two doors makes my remote controls very handy. This bed took so long to put together almost 3 hours. The fires rattle so bad very Noisy in fact. The bed is so low to the floor it’s seem they made this for a toddler. I will ask for a full refund because of the noise from the rattling doors you move the Rattle and they claim it is noiseless on the listing SAvE Money and time do it purchase this and it took forever to have it delivered we are still waiting on 2 nightstand which they say are delayed for a week now they are an hour away No bad weather here or there ... show more

I ordered and it got here fairly quick..box was a little dinged up but no noticeable damage to the bed. It’s veryyyyyy heavy and although I think one person could build this I think having 2 people helped a LOTTTTT.

I want to start off by saying: they need to update their listing. All is correct ACCEPT the drawers are no longer wooden, but wire baskets with a wood front. That being said, it has been great. The head board is nice, but took a bit to get together. Some of the wood was slightly warped, which isnt a huge issue for myself, but may be for others. The 'locks' will fall out of pieces from the headboard, so if you dont plan on taking it apart, use some glue. The frame itself does squeak when moving, and the headboard will squeak if against the wall fully during movement. Headboard has amazing space, so you can store pretty much anything. The headboard also has a built in extension cord, which works well. Does not heat up at all. Thick cording and decently long. The height from floor to bed frame is... short. Even with my mattress i still sort of feel like im on the floor, maybe a foot off the ground. There were no missing pieces thankfully. Finally the instructions were easy to follow, everything was labeled so you just needed to look at pictures and match the parts up. ... show more
