This bedframe came with everything I needed but unfortunately the leather part came damaged probably from delivery. So I contacted the seller and they got right back to me and they are sending out a new part for me. They were very helpful and communicated with me fast and they're keeping me informed with the whole process. I appreciate a seller like that and how they are sending out the piece with no problem either. The frame took my husband a few hours to put together and he is very good with things like this because he works construction for over 20 years but I guess some directions weren't too clear and he had pieces backwards and had to rearrange them. But once the frame was put together it was very nice and my daughter loves it! Especially with the lights! So now she has lights all over her room and on her bedframe now too 😆. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase and it's definitely worth the great price as well!!

Ok... completely honest review. The shipping was VERY fast. I mean... I am an Amazon Prime customer BUT this product didn't offer Prime shipping and I still got it in 4 days. Now, when I read the reviews it said the setup process was pretty straight forward - and that is true... however, some of the pieces are VERY VERY small and tedious. The hardest part for me was the little leather storage door. There is absolutely no way that can be done by one person. With that being said... the bed frame itself looks GREAT. I mean for the money I paid for it I am very very pleased and impressed. It looks amazing and it's very sturdy. My fiance and I are not small people and it supports us perfectly... even during intimate time haha. Seriously, if you're looking for a great bed frame at a fantastic price I would definitely suggest purchasing this. You will not be disappointed. Just know that some of the pieces are very small and setup may take some time; especially if you're not used to building things like this.

Bed was a pain to put together, took about 3.5hrs with the help of my fiancé. It is true to what it says. Only complaint was that the last 2 bars that go across at the foot of the bed didn’t fit well, we had to shove them in there harddddd…

great price, but Beware it's very difficult to assemble if you don't have patience, I'm still not done...the 4 stars for that and the leather door for headboard has something white on it, I don't know if it's paint, I do feel some parts could be preassembled, I can't wait to until it's all together, I will show finished bed then
