Nice quality product once I was able to assemble. Great customer service interaction. I normally don’t answer unknown numbers but today I did and it was the MFG of this Murphy bed and they asked how my assembly went and I informed them I was in process as we speak. That said well if any issues please call and they would resolve. The assembly process is well “not trivial “ but watching their YouTube video and going through the manual page by page I only made one mistake that was easy corrected. Since I am retired I decided to assemble it over multiple days since the instructions were like 20+ pages! I think this helped taking breaks over multiple days not trying to bust it out in one day. Kept the stress and exhaustion to a minimum. Final product is great well built and sturdy.

This bed really surprised us!! The quality is excellent and the ease of installation was impressive. It works perfectly and holds a standard queen mattress without any issues. We love the fact that the legs drop down automatically and the pistons make this as simple as a finger lift to open and close. It has such a slim profile that it fits our room perfectly. Best buy for the money.

Quality on this is top notch. I looked for hours for a Murphy bed that was reasonably priced that doesn't have the screws showing on the front face of the bed. This hits the mark on both value and appreance. Install is a pain though...

I’m giving a 5 star to the representative that constantly responded to all our complaints from the instructions manual to parts being reorder to the video being sent for our contractor to follow. Which was the final key for the Beqai Murphy bed completion. This representative texted us morning, noon and night to keep us updated and for us to be informed when the part was delivered and the status of our contractor to complete the bed. With patience and determination both parties worked together for a common goal. We are looking forward for years of use with the Beqai Murphy Bed . Thank you Beqai Representative

As a general contractor/builder, my husband managed to get it together by himself mostly (we were expecting guests, I was dealing with the meal and housekeeping). The instructions were pretty vague or non-existent. Plugs to cover the huge holes (interior, where their heads go) were lame.
