The media could not be loaded. First of all i wanna stress how many mattresses i looked at and reviews i read before making this purchase. It seemed most, if not all, of the hybrid mattresses offered on Amazon have a mixed bag with the reviews. Some people love the mattresses and some people have so many negative things to say. I was nervous to spend $200ish on something i might hate and while it is theoretically returnable, there’s really no way to get it back into the box to send back. So i was apprehensive when i finally forced myself to just choose one. I went with this one partly because it had a higher percentage of 5 stars and also partly because i was making myself crazy pouring over reviews for weeks lol. I’m super glad i went with this one. I saw in a lot of reviews that not all the mattresses “inflated” to the full size and others had whole sections that were noticeably weaker than the rest. This mattress is PERFECT and exactly as described. Super simple to set up. I saw some people saying that when the mattress unfolds it can throw you into the wall if you’re standing in the wrong place but honestly if you open it according to the instructions, that is not going to happen. I’m not sure if this mattress was described as “firm” or “medium” but I’d place it at medium firm. It is being used by my 90lb teenage daughter so i didn’t really have concerns about her sinking too far into it. Maybe for a heavier person that might happen but it really seems pretty supportive. It rose to its full height right away. The edges and corners are firm and supportive (in the video the foot of the mattress looks like it didn’t fully rise but it was caught under the footboard, it popped right up once i moved it out from under that bar). We gave it an extra day to do its thing anyway, but it seemed ready to use right away. I didn’t notice any type of smell like others have mentioned. You’d never guess this mattress came in a box. Definitely a great option for someone who doesn’t have access to a truck or any type of vehicle that can fit a mattress. Even if you do have the means to transport a full size mattress, purchasing right off Amazon and having it brought to your door without additional shipping fees is just easier. I did have some issues with the mattress being shipped almost a full week after it was meant to arrive, but Amazon listened to my concerns and made it right. This isn't as much a review as just observations. I ordered the 12" version of this mattress and can say compared to our more expensive brand hybrid mattress, it is quite a bit bouncier. If not detecting movement from someone getting in or out of this bed at night is a priority to you, you may want to spend more money on another mattress brand. The mattress is also not super firm, so if you like that type, again, maybe look at another. It is however very supportive and I feel like I'm sleeping almost on air with it when lying in it. It gives just enough and then almost locks in with complete support (I'm a side sleeper) when sleeping the entire time. It's also not a very hot mattress at all. First of all, it was delivered right in front of my door. Otherwise, moving it alone up to the 4th floor would be pretty tricky. After unwrapping it, we gave it more than 72 hours to expand. Since we don't have a bedframe, it is just on the carpet right now with no problem. As I said in the headline, it is so comfortable. It is been 3 months since the initial purchase, the most comfortable and back-pain-free months. When my husband moves at night, it doesn't disturb my sleep. For the price I am amazed at the Comfort of this mattress. The edges are not the best and need some attention but the Comfort I am getting sleeping is the best! My previous mattress was a sleep by number and there was no back and hip support. My back and hopes are very supportive with this one. I am 62 and 200lbs female. Set up by myself with ease. The amount of money I spent to purchase this item I was surprised at the durability and size… It’s firm and soft at the same time I open the product cut it out the plastic I allowed 72 hours before I decided to sleep on the mattress but from the looks of it I could’ve sleep on it the same night

First a huge thank you to the Amazon delivery people. They were exceptional at getting the package where it needed to be given its weight. I would have never expected or believed the comfort level of a mattress that arrives compressed in a box. We unwrapped the mattress giving it few days to fully expand into a soft but sturdy queen size bed. It's incredibly comfortable. It contours your body throughout the night keeping it cool while providing a great night's sleep. The comfort level is at soft to medium level that's more on the soft side but very comfortable for one or two people. Movements are isolated throughout the might without disturbing the sleep of others.
