Perfect 5-Inch Mattress for a Larger Double Bed

I was looking for a mattress for my double bed that I sometimes convert into a larger bed, and this 5-inch mattress has been exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and support soft enough to sleep comfortably but still firm and sturdy enough that it doesn’t sag or feel flimsy. The memory foam adapts nicely to the body, giving good lumbar support even for adults, while still being ideal for everyday use. Setup was easy, it expanded quickly out of the box, and there was no strong odor at all. I just bought 2 of these mattresses for my kids & they’re pretty comfortable. No smell or any kind of odors. My kids think they’re really comfortable. They’re not a super thick mattress but are perfect for bunk beds so they’re not thicker than the railing so no kids fall off. They almost instantly puffed up, I’d say it took about 30 ish to an hour to puff all the way up. Excuse the mess on the bed but it’s a pretty nice bed. & a really good size too. Def will fit maybe up to a preteen.

Opened it up and it was 4 1/2in. Gave it 10hrs to fluff up and it’s now reached 7 1/4in. It’s fairly comfortable & my kids like it. Not something I’d choose for myself, but my kids are under 6 so this is the perfect budget mattress as I know I will be replacing them in like 1-2 years anyway. I mean kids. . . For reference I bought the 8in so I’m hopeful the two I got will fluff up to the 8in by tomorrow, but I’m not expecting it.

The mattress expanded fully within a few hours and there was barely any odor after opening. For a 5-inch mattress, the quality is better than expected and it fits perfectly on a bunk or daybed.
