Medium firm and good back support, balanced with the softness of memory foam. Came in vacuum pack. Inflated well after a couple of hours. Does need to be vented out as directed in the instruction it came with.

This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is hard as a rock and hot to sleep on. It is supposed to be guaranteed but amazon will not want to process the refund. It is literally impossible to box and send back. Horrible mattress and NO SUPPORT FROM AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I haven't totally decided how I felt about this mattress. On it's own, it's almost too short because very few sheet sizes will work, but so far i put this on top of another mattress which had begun to sag, and it works out to be pretty okay. It's heavy to move around, so make sure you open up the mattress in the room you want it to be in.
