First time buying a mattress in a box, the mattress was vacuum sealed and once you open the plastic the mattress immediately started deflating. It sleeps well and is very comfortable. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I loved the top design! Once I got it out the box (it is VERY heavy, oh my goodness it is heavy!), it instantly expanded! You don't need to wait 24-72 hours for it to expand, it just pops into form soon as the plastic is removed, so be prepared for that because I wasn't! I had some difficulty getting it on my bed because I did it myself. I got the 12in, should have stuck with my 10in, but I do love it, and so does my mini dachshund, best sleep we've had in a while! Only thing is, she can't jump up like she used to...I have to get a new set of steps for her...so she can hop up like she used to...other than that...this is a wonderful mattress, firm yet plush and everything it boasts about, is accurate! Worth the purchase! Quality: Top of the line quality Firmness: Plush but firm Value for money: Great Value for the money spent Support: Best Sleep I've had in a while! 14in. It was very thick and high quality. I was surprised by the quality and extremely pleased with the purchase. Yes, if you sit at the extreme corner of the mattress, you will sink down a little, but not nearly as bad as some mattresses. And if you are a little bit away from the corner, say 2 to 3 inches away from the corner, you will not really sink at all. The mattress was very stable. The material is soft and very beautiful. Like I mention, I was extremely pleased with this purchase. This mattress is for my son who is 6'3" and about 170 pounds, so he is not super heavy. He likes it a lot. I would describe the mattress as medium firm. It is not very squishy and does not have the feel of memory foam. You do not sink in. However, it is soft. The springs do a nice job of giving it just a little bounce. You cannot feel the metal of the springs at all on the top. All in all, I really loved this mattress and whole heartily recommend purchasing it.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful mattress, sadly having to return it. I bought a Full Size. 14inch. The instructions say to let it sit for 72 hours. I actually gave it an extra day just to be safe. I noticed immediately when you sit down the edges you sink, but I figured "I sleep in the middle, it would be okay"...However, what's happening is I find myself waking up after a few hours because I sliding towards the edge. I wake up sore and unrested. The mattress itself is definitely "firm" especially towards the middle, and way more firm than I wanted. As I was preparing to return, I started noticing that the pillow top portion is hanging off over the egde? I was going to give it 4 stars just because its such a beautiful mattress but i'm realizing that the overall comfort is not there. As far as retuns go- I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you can return a mattress. I'm currently waiting for them to pick it up. I was able to choose a return. I know that worked for my schedule. The only bummer is having to move this thing down three flights of stairs. It is actually very heavy..
