It arrived earlier than expected, had no odor, and expanded right away. I also appreciated that it came with a handy cutting tool, which made setup super easy. The feel is perfect for me—soft yet supportive. It’s that ideal balance between comfort and firmness. If you prefer an extra plush feel, you could always add a foam topper, but the 4 inches of foam on this one are just right for me. Very comfortable, firm yet cushy on top. Only issue is the mattress slips on the bed frame. Not sure if it’s a problem, may make changing the sheets easier! Will buy again. Great price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I loved the top design! Once I got it out the box (it is VERY heavy, oh my goodness it is heavy!), it instantly expanded! You don't need to wait 24-72 hours for it to expand, it just pops into form soon as the plastic is removed, so be prepared for that because I wasn't! I had some difficulty getting it on my bed because I did it myself. I got the 12in, should have stuck with my 10in, but I do love it, and so does my mini dachshund, best sleep we've had in a while! Only thing is, she can't jump up like she used to...I have to get a new set of steps for her...so she can hop up like she used to...other than that...this is a wonderful mattress, firm yet plush and everything it boasts about, is accurate! Worth the purchase! Quality: Top of the line quality Firmness: Plush but firm Value for money: Great Value for the money spent Support: Best Sleep I've had in a while!
