Great mattress. I was not expecting this to come rolled up. Haha, sure enough. it is an entire mattress in a box. We got it opened up and on the bed with no issues and the quality is amazing. It looks very nice and sleeps very well. Super easy setup to release it from the tube packaging. Great for back pain and comfy sleeping. Not too much sinking into the pillow top but just right. Just be careful when opening the bed.. I opened it and almost flew because it burst right open as soon as you take it out of the plastic. Overall the bed is comfortable. I have a mattress topper on it for extra comfort.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Once it’s completely out it’s a great mattress. It took maybe 24 hours for it to fluff up. I would have never thought that medium size box had a queen mattress. It’s heavy but a handled it alone.

Great mattress, very comfortable but I would be careful when opening it it’s pretty heavy. No smell great for my back. My only issue was delivery, the box opened and thrown in front of the garage instead of the front door but I understand because it’s very and driver was probably alone.
