I am extremely disappointed with the bed frame I purchased from your store.The frame is poorly constructed, made from cheap, flimsy materials that offer almost no support. It began to show structural weaknesses far sooner than any reasonable buyer would expect. This is completely unacceptable, considering the expectations set by your product listing. Not only does the frame lack the advertised durability, but it has become a frustrating and costly inconvenience. I purchased this product in good faith, assuming it would meet basic standards of quality and functionality, and instead, I received a subpar item that fails in both areas.

Love this bed!! I have had ZERO issues with this bed after 1 year !!! I was worried as its not expensive and I'm use to high end goods. This bed is a real bargain!! Easy to put together. Easy instructions. Takes a little time. I think it took under an hour and includes the tools. My matress fits great! Solid frame. Easy roll carts under bed even on carpet. Soft plush velvet with a sturdy bolster! Easy to clean. Damp cloth and vacuum/ brush attachment. Makes no noise no matter what you do on it 🤭. Mine had an issue where the lights were spliced so the lights at the foot of the bed had two colors. Like a split bar - half green half blue ( not in pic. I fixed it ). All I did was tighten the connection to fix the light. Would have been cool if colors went all the way around, but still really cool! Dust, hair, crud WILL filter into the baskets from the mattress so whatever is stored in the baskets needs to be in a container! It gets gross. Would have been great to have a USB built into the headboard. That is the single missed opportunity with this bed. Lights have sooOoooo many options and I use them 😃! (I put a jump box in between the pillows so I can plug things in.) For 200$ ------- its a killer bargain!!!! Really sturdy 👍

I ordered this bed for my tween daughter for Christmas. It was well-packaged and shipped fairly quickly. Putting it together was easy when I followed the included instructions, until I got to the drawers. They were very hard to put together and it is hard to close them correctly using the bolt and keyhole. Surely they could come up with something better. My daughter never closes them because of the difficulty, so they are always at different angles and heights. It ruins the whole look of the bed. As far as the lights, they work great, but they are sticker-backed and it's hard to get them to stick long-term. You may just want to superglue them on. My daughter immediately lost the remote to control them. It was nice that there is an app that can control them from her phone.
